I would actually rate them zero stars. Do not order dates from here. They take your money and never deliver the dates. I called multiple times and received a different excuse every single time. I requested a refund and still have not received this. Unfortunately, this charity seems to just lie and steal.

I placed my dates order at the end of January 2024, and as of today's date, March 13th, 2024, I have yet to receive my delivery. Despite my daily attempts to reach the SkT Office, averaging about four times a day, I have been unable to obtain any information regarding the status of my delivery. This lack of communication and transparency is highly disappointing.

I am frustrated by the apparent disregard for customer service and the inability to speak directly with a manager to address this issue. It is unacceptable that they have already received my payment, yet I have not received the goods I purchased.

Considering my experience, I strongly advise against ordering anything from SKT. It seems they have no regard for customer satisfaction and are unwilling to address customer concerns.

Please beware and avoid purchasing anything from these individuals.

I never seen someone having charity in the name of religion and cheating.

Placed the order on the 3rd march 2024 , never received the date Boxes . every tine I call , they come up with different excuses .

Don't be fooled with these people.

I ordered Dates to be given as a gift for friends 05days ago. The website says it will be delivered in 05 working days. I paid separate for delivery as well.

However when I called them , I understood ,, it was not even ready for delivery.
Not great at all .

I like the good intentions of the charity, because of this I placed an order. The dates ordered are a gift for friends and family for Ramadan.

I did not purchase any last year because I was in Pakistan during Ramadan. In 2022 I experienced similar problems, my order was not delivered until I contacted SKT. They eventually sorted this but the delay was a few weeks. On 7.2.24, I ordered from them again. When I tried to check the status of my order, my order number was not recognised. I made contact via their WhatsApp, which I found via internet but still had no response.

Worst experience they give asda voucher and say they don't give cash what sort of foolishness is that then they take 17 week and god knows how longer to find out where a mattress is as they purchased me a bed but the company didn't send the mattress and I got accused that i received it when I didn't I spoke to the girl with attitude at the reception and I have sent skt 100 of emails all with evidence but I have given them 1 more day to deal other wise I'm taking this to charity commission absolutely mug you off

My donation to SKT Welfare was for a water hand pump, and after 4 months of the donation, I got feedback with pictures of the hand pump and the location, so if I want to verify I can. I have never received anything like that from any other charity. Thank you for being transparent, Team SKT.
