Customer service is awful, can't get a straight answer. They messed up my order, and rather than just sending the correct order out, they want the incorrect item sent back (I have to pay and wait for a refund on that) and not a single gesture of good will as a sorry.

They take forever to reply.

The website, with regards to managing subscriptions, is a joke.

They sent coffee worth half of what I paid, won't replace or refund without me jumping through various hoops, then when I go to manage my subscription the option isn't there.

They haven't even offered to refund the difference for sending the wrong coffee.

This would be a 0 star review. Put an order in on the 3rd Dec and still no delivery as of the 23rd Dec. Several emails later empty promises of its leaving the wearhouse etc etc yet still nothing. Last few emails now ignored I have asked for a refund and as of right now nothing.

Absolutely shocking as my order was over £50. The worse part is my freind who ordered x1 bag of coffee got it two days later.

Please avoid this company at present cause clearly they are not fulfilling big orders

Order hasn’t shown up almost 3 weeks after ordering. All emails are either not replied to or have a standard order promising it’ll be sent in two days or by the end of the week which never happens. I have yet again requested a refund. Avoid at all costs now have a Christmas present that hasn’t arrived

DO NOT ORDER - ordered 29 November and nothing. No response to emails, can’t call them - really really poor service. Like others if there was an option to give zero I would.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Ordered on 6 December and over 2 weeks later still no delivery. Chased them up via email and messenger and ignored. I've now requested a refund and order cancellation but again been ignored. Absolute FRAUD! Fuming!

Put an order in of over £40 on 02/12/24. Never received anything. When I've emailed to chase it up, there is apparently no record of my order. Requested a refund and been completely ignored.

Ordered 3 December 2024. After numerous emails promising my order to be despatched my order still not left their warehouse. Its 19 December now!
Ive sent an email to cancel my order and a full refund...lets see if a refund will be quicker!! Beware to order as looking at the reviews this is a big problem and they cannot cope but are still taking orders!!

Sent the wrong item, said they will resolve, refuses to answer any further emails so I have done a chargeback.

We ordered your coffee over 3 weeks ago now wanting it as a Christmas present. We have had the same generic email over and over with no actual response to confirmation when delivery is going to be! I have tired to reach over other ways but unfortunately this isn’t possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY we are now out of pocket and looks like no Christmas present either. THANKS!!

Would be zero stars or minus. Ordered nearly two weeks ago and had nothing, not responding to emails! Scam i am contacting where I paid to get a refund! Avoid

After a number of emails and 10 days ofy order showing as "unfulfilled" on their site I requested for the order to be cancelled. Too many time I was told "it'll be shipped soon" with no actual sign of movement. Avoid in my personal opinion.

Coffee is a gimmick, strong, but you soon go off the flavour. Cancelling their subscription is very hard; I've emailed them once and now had to do it a second time to tell them to stop my subscription!

Shocking service ive spent over £65 and i keep getting fobbed off that my order is beeing dispatched ...this is a present for a friend ....small claimscourt here i come ...DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS BUNCH

Placed an order a week ago and still not delivered. Totally joke of a company

I have ordered a couple times from this company. The order was always dispatched but it usually took some prompting by emailing them. My main issue is that I’m pretty certain the coffee is nowhere near as strong as they claim. If you’re paying £15 for a bag of coffee you would hope it’s actually as strong as they say it is, but I dont believe there is 350mg of caffeine in one cup. I drink caffeine regularly, and there is a clear difference in how I feel when I drink one or two cups of instant coffee compared to drinking a cup of this “strong” coffee. No matter your tolerance you would definitely be rattling if you drank 350mg of caffeine in one sitting, and yet I feel more energised drinking instant coffee than I do drinking this. The free mugs are good quality though.

My last review was as a result of being let down by other companies and I apologise to skull crusher coffee . My items arrived and as described with an extra gift .

If you like being lied too about your order being on its way then these are the fools for you my 3 day delivery window has been and gone that have told me it's on its way not providing a tracking number....while there own web site is telling me it's not even packed yet??? I asked for a refund and I'm being ignored so it time to let the bank deal with it... Please please please keep you money and just go buy some strong coffee from Tesco's least it will be in your hands. I have since received my coffee and I will say it is good 🤷

I ordered an order in September. it was never delivered, no tracking number was provided and skull crusher coffee have failed to answer my emails. No response and no refund for the lost order. Neither is there a contact number to ring them up. All in All a terrible service and I recommend people to consider whether this company is trustworthy.

No issues with delivery like some people have. I ordered the "f'in strong coffee" only to find out on arrival it takes around 5 table spoons of the stuff per mug to make it strong!... 5 table spoons of any granulated coffee in a mug is probably going to be strong I didnt expect to pay a premium for it. Wouldnt mind so much if it didn't taste like pond water

Honestly the most appalling customer service I have ever come across.

My partner ordered some coffee from them and unbeknown to him they had signed him up for a subscription. This subscription is not managed on the normal account area on the website as you would expect it is a different site and login completely.
He tried to cancel it 3 times to no avail and was told if he couldn’t access his account then there was nothing he could do.
When I emailed to complain the replied with one sentence saying it is now cancelled but with no response to me request for a refund and we are close to £100 out of pocket for 3 bags of coffee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if you have any issues at all they will not respond.
