Poor Customer Service

We ordered 10 bags of ground coffee in error as we wanted beans instead. Numerous messages were sent to Skull Crusher and they were all ignored. Skull Crusher have sent the parcel for delivery for this coming Monday and have not changed to order to beans. Do not buy products from this company as their customer service is extremely poor

Faulty pods , NOT WORTH IT!

If I could give zero I would ,
I spent over £60 on the selection of coffees mainly so I didn’t have to pay for shipping which I think is terrible

I bought 3 bags of coffee one big bag and two small and pods
The pods didn’t work They were faulty I used 3 with the 3rd I filmed it took pics to send
They said because i Used 3 I can’t get a refund
I cancelled my subscription straight away

Also worried that their pods may damage my Nespresso machine

My email and then their email with a reply
And their only reply after numerous emails

Good morning I received my order (#205971)
And the pods are faulty
I used 3 and it still didn’t fill up a small espresso cup
I have pictures and a video as proof
I would like a refund for the pods please
I’m happy to send the remaining pods which is -3 the 3rd I used to make the video

Unfortunately, as you have used 3 of the pods, we are unable to provide a refund for them. However, we would be more than happy to send you a replacement for the faulty pods.

UPDATE :
After numerous emails still no reply after the one response I received stating i’ll receive replacement pods , I contacted my bank and received my full refund for the pods

Please do the same and please do not buy from these
Their coffee isn’t even strong as stated
Needed 5 big scoops and two espresso cups of water and still not strong

Just avoid - dreadful service and average coffee

I don't usually wrtie reviews, but the support from these guys it quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced and I to be honest, their coffee is average at best and not worth the hastle.
In short, I ordered some capsules that then took over 5 weeks to arrive, no communications and emails ignored, they simply don't have any customer service.
At the same time, I tried to exchange some ground coffee for beans and although they acknowledged receipt of the returned items, I never received a replacement.
In short .. just give these guys a miss, you will only set yourself up for a disappointing experience and low quality coffee.

Absolute joke of a company, incredibly poor Customer Service... still no product or refund!

Absolute joke of a company!
Ordered a Black Friday 25 deal and the order was "shipped" mid Dec 25 to Royal Mail.
Got an e-mail to say my Cold Brew cans should never have been sold as they were not in stock.
I complained about delivery in late Dec to receive many AI responses and a promise of human interaction.
Chased again mid Jan 26 as still had no delivery to be told that upon investigation, my order was "missing" and some of the stock could not be shipped as they were limited editions.
Have asked for a refund but as of today, 20 Jan 26, I am still waiting for ANY product to be shipped and ANY refund on the order that I made on 29 Nov 25.
Very poor customer experience.
Very poor communications.
Wil I even see my money again??

Worst customer service experience by far

Both the website and app prevent you from cancelling your subscription. It's taken over four months to have it cancelled and they charged me four times. I have posted back all the coffees sent and they won't send a refund or respond to emails. Avoid!

Calling this product “Skull Crusher” is a joke

Nearly 10 days for delivery even after charging for shipping. That alone is bad, but the real issue is the blatant false advertising. This coffee is claimed to have over 300 mg of caffeine, which is laughable. There was absolutely no caffeine kick whatsoever. A McDonald’s double espresso with roughly 160 mg of caffeine hits significantly harder than this. Calling this product “Skull Crusher” is a joke. Complete waste of money.

Money taken,no goods,poor communication

I ordered from Skull Crusher on 22nd November 2025. What was meant as a Christmas present still hasn't arrived! I have sent multiple emails, messages on Facebook, even wrote a review on their website which, surprise, surprise, didn't get published. The only replies have been from an AI bot.i have been told multiple times that a human will get back to me. I'm still waiting. Do not order from this company. They will take your money and you will receive nothing! I will be contacting the Consumer Watchdog next. It seems from the other reviews that this happens alot.

Horrendous company and service and robbed me…

I placed an order on the 4th of January and haven't heard anything. I sent an email which there response was not helpful. Clearly I bot email and they said I'd have a follow-up but I haven't heard anything. Just got sent a review of how they did which I gave bad a bad review. They basically robbed me
I would avoid this company as they just scam you. Not impressed with their service! I'm extremely disappointed. Terrible, terrible, terrible company! Avoid all costs.

Utter rubbish company to buy from

Utter rubbish company to buy from. They send items that I didn't buy. Refunds take for ever. Customer service is -0. I wish I read the reviews on here. Then I wouldn't have bought from and saved £8 in postage. As they kept the £3.50 postage fee and I didn't get back my £4.50 postage fee in sending it back. They're are better strong coffees out there. So just don't buy from them.

Probably gone bust, no longer delivering

I've ordered here before without issue, but on the latest order, nothing was delivered. I'm seeing a lot of similar reviews lately so I'm guessing the company has gone belly up and are continuing to pocket cash for orders - just a theory. I've had no human contact from the company despite multiple attempts to follow up. Don't place an order, you'll lose your money and get nothing in return.

You won’t get what you pay for and they don’t refund you

I ordered from them on 2nd December spending over £50 and paying for express delivery. On 12 December I emailed to ask where my order was. On 15th they said they were going to escalate my issue and email me back. On 23rd December I emailed to say I just need the order cancelled because it won’t arrive in time. They then gave me a tracking number and some bits (the freebie tat they give you for no reason) of my order were sent and arrived 24th December.

But the coffee beans - the actual thing I wanted were never sent.

I requested a formal refund on 28th December. I raised a chargeback through Mastercard today. Hopefully I’ll get my money back.

These people will take you money and give you nothing

These people will take your money and forget about you, then leave you to talk to their chat bot Alex. I order Skull Crusher Coffee on Nov 21st of 2025 and paid for express 7 day shipping since it was the only option. It showed an original delivery date on Dec 3rd, on Ddcember 3rd they dated the shipping to Dec 18 economy shipping, i contacted them about this Dec 5th. The shipping shows that this has never been received by the shipping company and is sitting in a wearhouse. As of Dec 28th I contacted them 3 times each time answered by chat bot named Alex who couldn't find the order info, each time Alex said he escalated to a human and then a day later I'd get an email to rate Amada on her support. I never heard from an Amanda. The third time I contact them to cancel my order on december 22nd, Alex sent his usual response within seconds of my email that he'd escalate my my concern to a human. They still haven't responded as of Dec 28th. I had to dispute this transaction with my bank. This company is a scam as far as I am concerned with zero customer service and pay money to talk to a chat bot with the hopes of getting your money back to which you never will from them.

I bought this as a bit of an experiment…

I bought this as a bit of an experiment quite a while ago. I seem to remember that there was a slight delay in delivery, but as thats pretty normal for the UK these days (since Covid, and before tbh), its become the accepted norm. Not sure if the coffee really is as strong as it claims, however, its way better than the stuff that the Supermarkets sell, esp the floor sweepings used to create 'instant granules' etc. I made us some this morning; I'm a fairly regular coffee drinker, my wife isn't. But she loved it, saying 'the flavour was nice, without being bitter, and it was far superior in every way to the CostaCoffee swill we'd had during a recent motorway journey!' .... Kind of says it all recently. It's unfortunate to see so many negative comments here, from what I can tell, this company needs to seriously upgrade its customer services for clients outside of the UK..... Having said that, I put my order in via Amazon, which gives me a certain amount of back-up etc. I gave four stars due to the delivery delay, would've been five as I've have no complaints about the product its self.

The coffee is fine, the firm much less!

The coffee is fine, although I have only had the 'basic' product.

I cancelled an inadvertent subscription. It looks simple! But tap that option and they refuse to do anything, until you have blocked them at your bank or card provider. There's no good reason for that; they likely think that if they are difficult, you will just keep the subscription.

I will never buy from them again!

Worst customer service ever.

I started of with the subscription service. Delivery was reasonable timescale, coffee was ok. My issue is with the communication. I emailed them and asked for them to cancel my subscription on two occasions and twice I was told it would be passed to an account manager. Payment still kept coming from my account, I had to contact the bank and issue a charge back.

Why all the 1 Star Reviews?...

Bought some bits from their Black Friday offer after always seeing them on Instagram and casually thought I'd check the reviews out on here after, not sure why there's so many 1 star reviews? I spent £55 and got an absolute sack full of goodies, including a free hoodie, mug and 4x packs of decent sized sample bags thrown in. Should have cost over £100 for everything I got! Arrived within 2 working days, packaged fine and all in order. I am based in the UK though, I see a lot of the reviews seem to be US based. Wouldn't be put off by these, especially if you're UK based. I didn't opt for the subscription service either, just bought individual bags, tshirts and mugs. Clothing quality and print is amazing too!

Skull Crusher Coffee is a complete scam - I’m lucky that I’ve only lost $42…

I placed my order for their Halloween coffee on the 23/10/2025. It’s now 1 month later 20/11/2025 and my shipment is still sitting as ‘pending’. I doubt I will ever get this coffee.

I’ve emailed 6 times - I get a vague ‘we’re looking into it reply’ then nothing more. Their refund terms are they will only look at it when 90 days have elapsed.

Buyer beware - do not purchase from this company.
