I'm so hurt it's been a nightmare for me I'm a mother and I'm single with for kids I ordered a wooden casket for my father it was supposed to be cherry wood I was told that it was the same one use for the owner grandmother that was beautiful and that I was gonna love it. When I seen it I was actually crying It was absolutely horrible the color the quality everything about was horrible I couldn't never expect anything so terrible it looks nothing like the picture I was so embarrassed I called and had to order another casket and never got my money back or anything I just couldn't believe how this happened especially when they have really nice pictures on the site I'm heartbroken.

It was absolutely amazing! For me, it was a confirmation that God is with us. They didn’t have the casket I ordered for my dad, and somehow the CEO of Sky Caskets himself received my order! He called me, and luckily I called him back in time. He upgraded my dad’s casket for free. He gave me a military discount because my dad was a 100% disabled veteran, and he also covered the shipping cost. Amazing! If I hadn’t gotten in touch with him when I did, the casket wouldn’t have shipped in time. He said he was a Christian, and God was with me. I am a Christian as well.
