Total Scam
This business posed online as another business (American Airlines). They had an agent Upgrade my flight posing as a American airline agent. Then charged $437.68 for their service. I had already upgraded to premuim Class Two months earlier and was trying to upgade to 1st class (using AA miles)That is fraud. They do not tell the customer that they are not American Airlines and are a travel agency instead. He actually he ended the call with "Thank you for calling United Airlines". TOTAL SCAM
AFTER THAT STANDARD RESPONSE AND YOUR NICE BBB RATING OF F THATS ALL YOU GOT IM NOT DONE SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM!

scam. They pretended to be American airlines, charged me 800 for an upgrade sent me confirmation emails including one pretending to be American. I called American and they said nothing had been ticketed, and they had not sent me an email

Extremely misleading company
This company has a misleading practice of pretending to be an airline company rep. If you read the other reviews, sometimes customers mistakenly think they called a major airline when in fact they didn't. The person responding to the reviews has to clarify in the response that they in fact do not work for that airline.
I similarly experienced this. The representative that I worked with also gaslighted me and made me believe that changing tickets on the airline portal online was not effective and not truly issuing me a ticket. He blatantly lied to me. He also pressured me into acting quickly stating that seats were disappearing as we spoke (which was possibly the only true thing he said).
I think this company has a practice of encouraging people who mistakenly call this number into thinking they are working with the airline agent and charging them an arbitrary travel agency service fee but hiding it under the guise of the ticketing fee with the airline.

I needed to find a flight from Chicago to nyc(LaGuardia)? I had to pick up a friend but without flight number I called to see what time flight would arrive? The representative ( sorry forgot his name) was EXTREMELY helpful and figured out what flight my friend was on and it actually was delayed by over a hour!
