We are so very thankful for Ben Davis and the thoughtful, and professional support he provided when my friend's plane trip home with another airline was rerouted, then delayed, finally due to circumstances beyond her control-- she could not make that flight. After much frustration and lack of assistance from the other airline, I was able to visit with Mr. Davis who was most helpful in helping us acquire another ticket for my dear friend, Helga. We have not seen each other in more than 20 years-- we spent 2 wonderful weeks reminiscing and renewing our friendship- yet the events of her flight debacle almost ruined that- however, Mr. Davis with his help and reassance provided us a glorious close to our time of reunion. She now home safe & sound in Holland.

This company is a bare-bones travel…
This company is a bare-bones travel agent posing as representatives from actual airlines. They will charge you money to help book or rebook flights when you can go directly to the airline at no additional cost. Purely anecdotally here, but this company is an absolute scam & charged me $730 for a flight I never even ended up taking. The entire time on the phone I was under the impression I was speaking with an authorized United representative but it was these guys the whole time. Beware!

The representative I spoke with was Max. I posed him with a problem regarding flight information that I thought had been resolved. Finding out my information was wrong two days prior to the trip and after having paid multiple fees to try and solve the issue originally, Max was able to make the correction quick and painless. It was one of the best experiences I have had in dealing with JetBlue representatives and I can now travel stress-free!

I am writing to request a refund for my flight from Berlin to Toronto on 8th February, 2023.
Originally, my flight was from Berlin, DE (BER) to New York/Newark, NJ, US (EWR) on flight AC5755.
On 7th February, 2023 when I was doing the online check in, I realised that if I transit through the USA, I need a USA visa. Unfortunately, I hold a ‘Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport’ and I don't have any USA visa. Immediately, I called customer service to ask for help. Later on, a representative called ‘Maya’ told me that if I paid USD400 which is CAD 551.21,they would upgrade me to make sure I would not need to present the boarding pass if I transit in the USA. Also, she guarantees that I can fly my original routing which is through New York/Newark, NJ, US (EWR) for transit and flight back to Toronto on Flight AC3258. In the whole phone call, I double checked and she said ‘she guarantees that i no need to present the boarding’ so i did the payment with her.
On 8th February,2023 when I checked-in with United Airlines in Berlin Brandenburg Airport, the ground staff told me they didn’t upgrade my ticket and I can't fly to New York/Newark, NJ, US (EWR) through USA transit back to Toronto. At the moment, I was very shocked, how come I paid USD400 which is CAD 551.21 but it is not working or they didn’t do everything for me.
After when i flight back to Toronto, I called a many time to the customer service hotline and i directly talk to ‘Maya’ asked what happen inside and for the refund. And ‘Maya’ guarantees that she will do the refund for me on 16th February,2023 but she said I need to wait 8 to 10 business days. After 8 to 10 business days, she didn’t do the refund, and I keep calling to ask why on 3rd March, 2023 but she still says she will do the refund on 3rd March, 2023 after we end up on the phone and I will receive an email about the refund . Until now which is 7th March, 2023 i still didn’t receive any money for the refund.
If your staff didn’t do everything for me, why did she need to ask me for the money? I think this is a ‘Scam’ which is a cheating behaviour. I just want my money back and
I have attached a copy of my ticket and booking confirmation for your reference. I hope you can understand my situation and process my refund request as soon as possible. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding.
