Bought blinds from this company before they
are good quality and fair priced, very easy to fit.

9Seemed to be the only company that could supply an old roto type roof window, so was a little apprehensive. After ordering everything went very quiet. After the order acknowledgement there was no more communication and the order was over a week late. I contacted the company direct. To my relief the lovely customer help representative soon sorted out their order issue and the blind arrived very soon after. The actual blind fitted like a glove, of a decent quality and very easy to fit, literally 4 screws, one in each corner screwed directly into the frame.

Would highly recommend if you have blind requirements, especially as I found out, something a bit obscure.

Quick delivery, well made, easy to install. Would like a qr code to access the instructions for pairing the remote control as it was difficult to find on the Web site.

Blind took a little longer to arrive than expected but arrived safely. The product was well packed and very simple and easy to install, highly recommend watching the installation video. Looks great, seems really good quality and works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Sadly, very poor experience. The blind never arrived. It was routed through N. Ireland, and never made it across the Irish Sea. The communication from customer services suggested that a new blind would be dispatched, but there was no tracking, and no blind a month later - during all of the hot summer weather. Sadly unable to recommend

After initial June heatwave, I ordered several skylight blinds for some fairly old (15 years old+) VELUX units. Delivery prompt, dimensions spot on and fitting was easy. Really happy with the products and service offered and delivery tracking was reliable

Very disappointed, placed an order on 30th June and still no update atall .
I gave emailed multiple times taking days to try and get a response. Was told lead time around 7-10days but this wasn't the estimated delivery time at checkout when placing order.

The tracking status hasn't changed since the day I placed order, just says in production even 12days on.

It took me a while to order a new blind after my old one broke and I just taped it shut! I wasn't sure about getting one of these blind, but the delivery was fast and the quality is amazing, it was so easy and quick to fit and I am really pleased with it, fits perfectly and i prefer it to my old one.
