The ordering process was good and the blinds received were of a good fit and quality. BUT, we needed to send something back. Dozens of emails, a day waiting for a courier that never arrived and of the emails that did receive an eventual response not a single one answered the questions being asked. This couldn’t be an AI responder as AI would have attempted to answer the questions being posed. Anyway, after a month of pain a courier did eventually collect and a refund was processed. They say a company is built from the customer service department up. There is something seriously lacking here which is a shame as the other parts of the business appear to be well run.

Ordering was very easy.
Delivery was on time and blinds were well packaged.
The blinds themselves are superb and relatively easy to install.

Velux blinds we picked the colour the size using the model number on the 2 velux windows from finding the company to ordering took 5 minutes we ordered them Thursday night they arrived first thing Saturday morning they came in good packaging and I fitted both sets in under 5 minutes, the blinds fit perfectly and look perfect really great quality so easy 5 star

Online ordering was pretty straightforward and delivery was prompt. The blinds are pretty much the colour you see on screen and even though the fitting was different to the existing fakro blinds they were fairly easy to install. Very happy with the finished result.

The illustrations on the instructions could should be made larger as the fitting of the side pieces was intricate and the importance of the side channels took a little while to realise!

Brilliant product! I was quoted £600 for 3 small velux blinds installed I paid £80 for 2 of these and fitted them myself, 20 mins to fit both and just a screwdriver required! I would definitely buy these again and highly recommend them
