Sky Light Roofing Inc. Avis

From the beginning both Sky Light Roofing and Ricardo Molina did an amazing job. Ricardo lived up to his promise to be there for us at every moment, and he guided us through the whole process. Any doubt or question we had he clarified everything for us; there were no surprises. It's very important to know you're backed up by real professionals. The roof was changed completely in our absence; we travelled abroad and while away from home we got pictures of everything. We were always updated. And, the way they handled the insurance company must have been superb because we had to pay very little for the tremendous job. Ricardo came by after the job was done to inspect and ensure all residues were cleared. We highly recommend this company.

Wow, what a great experience with Sky Light Roofing. I have had a small elusive roof leak that has has been hard to find. Ricardo came and got into my attic and found the roof leak and documented it with photos and video. The next day he scheduled his crew to come and repair. The crew was very professional and removed and replaced all damaged wood and flashing. After water testing the repair we confirmed the repair was complete and leak was resolved. Ricardo and the crew kept me informed though out the entire process. Sky Light Roofing is a very professional business and stands behind their work. If you need repair or replacement you can be confident using Sky Light.

This was the third time I have skylight roofing to reroof my house. They always did excellent job with competitive price. The representative Fer Baena answered all my questions and responded any time during the holiday season. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent experience from start to finish! My sales representative Vanessa O. was great. She helped keep in contact throughout the process and made sure everything was clearly communicated. I’d highly recommend Sky Light Roofing to anyone. I’m very impressed with the results and will make sure to use them for all of my roofing needs going forward.

Excellent , very professional,
Excellent job , very happy with all the work done in the Roof of my house, very good communication always.

Thank you so much 🙏🤩

Great experience! Ricardo worked with us every step of the process. My roof looks awesome! Completed quickly once permitted.

I received quotes from at least 5 different roofing companies. I was required to re-roof to close on my home. Most roofers immediately told me they could not meet my deadline for closing. Ricardo David Molina, not only helped me meet the deadline which seemed impossible for everyone else, he was professional, very quick to respond, and had a great positive attitude. It's hard to find companies that show sense of urgency and get the job done correctly, Skylight and Ricardo met all those expectations. Thank you Ricardo you went out of your way to help me!

Gabriel Gonzalez guided me though the whole process and was always available when I had a question. The crew was right on time and my roof was completed in less than two days. Gabriel made sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction

Sky light did our roof two months ago and we were very happy with their work. When we had an issue with a leaking skylight, Diego came over right away to have it fixed. When we noticed a bump on the roof that shouldn’t be there, Diego again came over right away to check it out. We are very pleased with Diego’s promptness and through investigation. He is extremely reliable and takes care of the smallest details and he is very knowledgeable and very friendly.
It’s rare for a company to respond so promptly to different issues after you have paid them for their service.

Excellent roofing company, from Julian that had a lot of patience and answered all my questions to Diego that was onsite supervising the job, he was always making sure everything was done correctly and helping the crew to finish and clearing all debris.
Thank you Diego and everyone at Skylight Roofing for a very professional job.

Excelente trabajo, rápido seguro y de calidad, excelente atención por parte de Sebastián Quiceno, muy profesional en su trabajo

Una muy buena experiencia de servicio al cliente

One of the few companies that responded to our inquiry for a roof. They were cordial, professional, informative in every aspect of the project. Crew worked through unbearable heat to complete the job and made sure they cleaned after themselves. Ricardo answered every call and questions were always answered. I would recommend this company to all seeking a roof replacement. Great quality materials at a decent cost. Love the way our house looks. Thanks to Sky Light Roofing.

We had a very pleasant experience with skylight Roofing representative Brent maloy. He was courteous professional and guided us patiently through the process. Our roof came out beautifully and Skylight did an excellent job

Julian Gonzalez did a excellent work with my family house getting all the correct materials, I will recommended him for any Cain of work.

In having two estimates done, Starlight's cost, military discount and plywood panels offered was the better deal. Danny Haddock was very professional with numerous followups and kept myself and wife fully informed. I would recommend Starlight because of Danny and his entire crew.

Trabajo profecional , gente muy trabajadora con un sistema de trabajo excelente. Recomiendo a Sebastian Quinteros, de la mano de el esto no fue un proceso estresante como generalmente pasa.

Great customer service and staff, good experience at the office. Thank you Ricardo for the outstanding service you provided throughout the whole process, very knowledgeable and always on top of things. Great personality and great communication skills, I give you not 5 but 10 stars God bless you. This company should be proud of having you.

This is the long version….
I was noticed mid-January that my homeowner’s insurance would not renew because the ‘company is reducing its overall exposure in this (my) area’. My roof was older than 15 years and I knew the new insurance would require a new roof. Promptly, 2 months later, I began my search. The first roofer I called came highly recommended, but two days of calls and leaving messages didn’t elicit even one response.
The second call I made was to Sky Light Roofing (also a recommended referral). The receptionist said she would give my information to one of the estimators and he would call me back. Sure enough, I got a call from Brandon Barriga about 20 minutes later. He scheduled an inspection for Thursday (2 days later). He completed the inspection and said he would send over the estimate once he had finalized his calculations. I got the estimate by email on Monday (3/7/2022).
My third call was to a roofer whose estimate was contingent on trying to get a claim from my outgoing insurance for hail damage that was in our area about a year ago. He had some luck with this and was sure the insurance would pay for the roof. Six weeks later and still no word from the insurance, big surprise.
With no other estimates in hand, I asked Sky Light if they could do the job quickly as my insurance was going to drop me by May 15th. Brandon thought they could and would try to push through the permit processing. I signed the paperwork by 4/18/2022 and the (shingle) roof was started and completed on 5/6/2022. The original estimate is what I paid plus an additional $300 for more rotted wood than expected (as seen in pictures). I paid them 50% when the supplies were delivered to the house and the other 50% after the final inspection and the Certificate of Completion. Sky Light sent all the paperwork by email including a couple dozen photos from throughout the process. I don’t know what I was expecting, but this company was a pleasant surprise. Their representative, Brandon B., was responsive, respectful and always available when I had any questions. He made the entire process easy…. a quality asset.
Did I mention that I did this entire process from out of town?
