Great product Great service

Easy to order from a great range a first class delivery from a dedicated driver. All round a good experience.

Great experience from order to delivery. Good price, fast delivery and great quality, what else is there to ask for

Brought one of these skylights for a customers roof when removing from the packaging the whole window exploded cutting deeply into my wrist this is not strengthened glass at all I was in hospital for a total of 9 hours with X-rays and stitches
The window didn’t touch anything and was transported carefully
Please be carful this could of ended a completely different way

We've recently ordered a flat roof skylight and it arrived promptly. The skylight looks great and we are due to install it shortly.

Very happy with my order. The footlights are good, exactly what was required and very reasonable compared to other suppliers. Delivery was prompt and well communicated.

Excellent from ordering to delivery.
The sky light has now been fitted and brings so much light into our dull lounge, thank you

My Skylight arrived in good time, very pleased with it, Now its fitted it looks great

Excellent service and kept up-to-date on delivery

I can’t praise Skylights.co.uk enough. I’d originally ordered the same skylight units from another supplier back in August, who repeatedly assured me they would deliver on a specific date. When the day came, nothing arrived - and it turned out they hadn’t properly checked stock or confirmed that delivery was actually possible. For anyone managing a building project, that’s a major issue.

On Tuesday morning, I contacted Skylights.co.uk to ask whether they could genuinely supply and deliver the same skylights to Edinburgh the very next day. They couldn’t have been more helpful - they double-checked that the units were in stock and confirmed with their courier that next-day delivery was possible. I placed my order at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, and by 12 noon on Wednesday the skylights were delivered exactly as promised.

Their communication, reliability, and attention to detail were exceptional. Thanks to them, my project stayed perfectly on track - even my builders were amazed that I managed to get the skylights delivered so quickly after the previous setback. Skylights.co.uk really pulled out all the stops, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
