À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
Skylights Rooflight specialise in supplying premium stock high quality triple glazed, self-clean, UV protected, thermal efficient skylights at trade prices throughout United Kingdom. What sets us apart from our competitors is, our base stock product comes with all the extra’s that are usually optional costed extra’s, but we offer these features at no extra cost and no additional lead time. In addition, our frameless stepped tripled glazed skylights are designed in a manner that offer uninterrupted views of the sky whereas most competitors skylights come with bulky internal and external frames. The standard triple glazed rooflight specification has the added benefit of noise reduction. This uniquecost-effective design and approach has lead Skylights Rooflight to become the market leader in the industry.

We had been looking for flat roof skylights for our extension. Came across the website and company. Very clear and easy to use. We had no qualms about anything during our time on the website. Communications were clear throughout via email and SMS and call/voicemail. Our skylights were delivered with the utmost care. Our delivery driver was amazing - thanks Mark! We are very happy with all aspects of this experience from a Sunday through to the Friday morning delivery. We can't wait to see our skylights in place soon.

Helpful team and Good product
Excellent product and Decent prices. The team are easy to deal with on the telephone and really helpful. Be mindful that they are an intermediate and will charge returns fees (full cost of transport) will only return the cost of the unit (not original postage) and ‘restocking’ fees at 20% of the cost of original purchase, so ensure you are getting the product you want 1st time.

Good product bad communication
I ordered 2 skylights and when I received them I realised I had ordered wrong size. When I phoned to as if I could send them back & reorder replacement , I was told it was up to the accounts department but would get back to me. I had too phone 5 day later for there decision. I got my skylight & they look amazing.
