I ordered a personalised family moon map as a Father's Day gift for my husband, and I was so happy with the quality of the frame and the print. I emailed Axel after I'd ordered because I had forgotten something and he responded very quickly and adjusted the print until I was happy with it. The attention to detail and the personal touch made it such a meaningful keepsake for our family. My husband absolutely loved it and it's already been hung up on our wall.

Professional and apologetic
We bought a star map for an 18th birthday which was delivered fast, properly boxed and the framed map had the finishing touches of a personalised card and ribbon: unfortunately the background on the map was not the one ordered and I called Starlit. They were very professional and apologetic and a new star map with all the trimming was sent off within a day and received the following day in time for the big day!
