Great product, slow delivery
The product and company itself is brilliant, I love the customisation and layout, but it has been let down by delivery. The star map is beautiful and my girlfriend absolutely adores it. I myself had a problem with the next day delivery, with my order arriving s few days late. Not great considering it’s a gift, but that’s on Royal Mail, not the company. Great communication.

Not much I can say, sent 2 items both were damaged in the postage, poorly packaged items are the reason for this. Paying £25 for a piece of paper I’d expect much better packaging and some form of label to state it’s fragile and not to bend. After 2 failed attempts at providing an item I was told a refund had been processed however 7 days later and no refund. I understand refunds take a few days to process but 7 days is crazy and likely hasn’t been refunded which wouldn’t shock me. EDIT: further to the below reply I never received an email from Stripe as they said I would have and they haven't replied to my email chasing my refund sent 3 days ago. So claims they “called” are bogus and they haven’t even cared to reply to me chasing my refund.

We just tried to call but no answer, I can see the refund was approved and initiated, but usually you should have received this by now,
Stripes documentation does say to allow for 5-10 business days to appear on a customer's bank statement or card account after being initiated. (support.stripe.com/topics/refunds),
You should have also received a Stripe email confirming the refund,
If this is not the case we can look into this striaght away

It was a gift for my brother-in-law who recently became a grandad. He is difficult to buy for but he loves it.
I also put the wrong time on my order but when I contacted the company this was dealt with and rectified.
Delivery was also in good time as promised with regular updates.
