Ordered over a week ago, emailed them the day of the order and again nearly a week later and messaged on Instagram and rang a few times with no reply. They rang me back today and it seems that my order was dispatched but I didn’t receive an email and the parcel never arrived. I am hoping to receive the item in the next 2 days.

Very pleased with product, even after a little hiccup with the original order. I ordered two prints, taking advantage of the buy one get one half price offer. On delivery I discovered only one print was as per order, the second print was completely wrong. Contacted company via email, response was quick, thorough and polite, with issue resolved within a week with second correct print delivered as per original order. No extra cost involved,

Fantastic customer service.
After ordering her step brother one, a couple of years ago, My daughter had ordered one of these lovely star pictures for her step sister’s engagement but had put the wrong date.
I phoned up to see if there was anything they could do and they VERY kindly sent a new one out, just for the cost of postage, which arrived the next day. THANK YOU.
Totally recommend. Both step brother and step sister ABSOLUTELY LOVED them and have said you better getter us the matching wedding night star pictures!!!! 🤣

Brilliant experience from start to finish, my Fiance and I have ordered from picture the stars before and I ordered this one to commemorate when we got engaged. After ordering, I had missed some information so emailed the customer support, the team quickly emailed me and confirmed the change and dispatched immediately afterwards. The quality is amazing and I cannot recommend highly enough, we will definitely be ordering again in the future.
