Rubbish quality and laughable mistakes.
Ordered a piece for an anniversary gift.
Confirmed Thursday, received it Friday as I paid for special delivery..... that's about where the good experiences end unfortunately.
What I found upon opening the piece was just complete rubbish, with huge blindingly obvious mistakes.
The fact that somebody let it leave the premises in this state shows me that quality control is non existent.
Every line of text was duplicated and printed on top of eachother, in 2 completely different fonts and sizes.
The main message, the coordinates, the location, the time....all a mish mash of unreadable junk with a picture of some stars above it.
I've emailed with photo proof 3 times for a fix, then a 4th for a refund as its too late for a replacement (was taking it to Finland) but there has been no reply to any of them.
I've also called and left messages 7 times!! ....... no answer.
Continuing to chase for my money back....
if anyone can see this, don't waste your time, money or patience with this company.

It was nice to speak to you on the phone just now, and im realy sorry about this situation, this is absolutely not the experience our valued customers should experience,
we are currently training new members of staff and we should have noticed this error before shipping,
I still can stil not find your email which is very unnusual sometimes they can fall into our spam folder but its empty only your original order email confirmation can be found searching under your email and seperatley your name, I did however see the missed calls from today these should have been answered and im sure this woudl have been resolved,
I completly understand your frustration here and we have processed a full refund,
We will also be ensuring our training and checking of the landline is monitored properly,

Ordered in time for 20th wedding anniversary. Initial confirmation received and tracking info. Item never arrived. Tracking info never updated beyond “we are expecting it”.
From researching online, there are countless other reviews all saying the same. Really really disappointed. Chargeback started with bank.

On rare occassions items can go missing or delayed with Royal Mail, im really sorry to hear this is the case here,

We are not told when an item is lost with Royal Mail so we encourage customers to contact us and we will alwsys organise a reprint and reship or a refund upon request,
