I had a serious injury & they took all the pressure off me & handled everything for me. They communication was incredible. I was constantly updated & advised what stage my case was at. I've booked an online appointment earlier today with Jen Cron which 's scheduled for 30 minutes but unfortunately it hasn't exceeded 4 minutes!!
It's shame that the lawyer hasn't given a chance to ask for a legal advice after a medical panel appointment and all she's understood that I need a medical assist!! she was very quick and just want to end the call, hasn't given any time or chance to ask what I need to ask!! I'm wondering why you let people to book free phone appointment and you scheduled it for thirty minutes if the staff won't consider the people requests then? I do advise either to improve your services or just don't show it up.

After being Medically Discharged from the Australian Defence Force (ADF) in Oct 2015, I initially was using an Advocate to assist me with various DVA Claims. I found it very difficult, as my assigned Advocate’s Caseload was so large, it was hard to book an appointment or get a response from an email. I was chatting with a former colleague, who recommended Slater & Gordon – Military Compensation Lawyers.

Transitioning to Slater & Gordon was a simple and smooth process and my case was assigned to Teegan Head and her team, some have moved on, others like Zac Frost have been assisting me for this period. Teegan’s team have assisted me with completing forms, seeing specialists and making sure I was getting the appropriate compensation.

Just over a year, we commenced a Full Claims Review with DVA. I was receiving regular updates and assistance from Zac and Monique Pinero. They would review my completed forms to ensure I wasn’t under reporting my conditions and they did a full review of my ADF Medical Records and identified other possible conditions too.

This month I received word from DVA, via Teegan and her team, that my claim review had been completed and not only was I going to receive some compensation, that I had been upgraded from a DVA White Card to a DVA Gold Card. I was at the lowest point I’ve ever been, traumatised beyond description, and in the depths of depression, PTSD, anxiety, alcoholism and experiencing serious health issues.
