Superb customer service, as always. Del saw to everything. Nothing was too much trouble - and he did it all whilst being short-staffed.

Excellent service from Slaters - Had problems with Delivery (package got lost at their end) - Slaters sorted received goods.

Having now experienced both online and in-store experiences I can say these are the best value for money.

Online ordering was simple, straightforward and handled well.

In-store (Swansea) looking for a suit and was helped out immensely by the staff. Answering all the questions and queries I had about the right suit for more than one occasion.

Can't fault either service and would recommend people go here if they are looking for advice

Seen straight away to exchange suit to right size then altered. Extremely helpful, knowledgable, and nice gentleman that assisted in the whole process.

The store was clean and well laid out, but busy meaning a lack of store assistants welcoming or changing room availability. We were collecting a suit that was tailored, that had already taken 3.5 weeks to be ready. We were greeted by Oliver who was welcoming and professional. He suggested we try the suit on, and when we believe it to be too long offered similar shoes to try to see if it would sit better, retrieving several styles in the size requested. Deeming the trousers to still be slightly too long, he accurately gauged how much would need to be altered and checked with a colleague. This other colleague, outwardly tutted and muttered something we did quite hear before shaking his head and walking away. We did not get the other persons name but Oliver explained that the minimum alteration is 0.75 of an Inch and apologised. When we went to pay, we were again served by Oliver who was once again polite and professional; and the other colleague was serving next to him and whilst paying, leant over and said to Oliver, ‘this is why I’ve told you not to let them try it on’. Not only was it infuriating to hear as a customer, but incredibly belittling to his colleague, and a poor representation of the brand. After today’s experience, I highly doubt I would visit this branch again.

This company has been favourite of mine since the 80's great selection of products, I also find the staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice and friendly and adjustments are free which is great. But the standard dinner suit size of pants being 6” smaller than chest size meant I was always needing to come into the store to get 2” smaller pants. Actually needed 1 visit to measure than another one to pick up as they couldn’t just give me some smaller pants.

Really good quality for the price however

Had really disappointing service around a month or so ago when I went in to buy two pairs of trousers. Staff were unhelpful and gave me incorrect information regarding the sizing/length of the leg.
