Not 2 months old yet & already starting to sag ! These are marketed as the same as the ones in the hotel but that’s clearly not true , very disappointing . 2/10

New Imperial Mattress- Rock hard after 1 year
We bought this mattress one year ago and still cant sleep on it due to its hardness. We're both side sleepers and starting getting hip and and shoulder pain even though we're only in our 40's and not particularly skinny. There's no option to return so were stuck with it now. Eventually had to buy a 10cm foam topper so we could tolerate it but this is so frustrating as we didn't want a foam mattress as is quite hot to sleep on. Very disappointing

Good quality, great value divan base, headboard and mattress.
Purchased Travelodge dreamer mattress and 4 drawer divan with matching headboard.
Very happy with whole experience, from ordering the bed to delivery and installation of divan and removal of the old bed.
Delivery drivers were very careful when bringing bed into house and removing old bed.
The divan base and headboard are well made and the mattress is very comfortable.
I would recommend this bed and mattress to everyone as not just great value for money but good quality too.

Excellent New Mattress
We are really pleased with our recent mattress purchase. The buying process was easy and we were able to arrange to have our old mattress removed at the same time. The delivery team were prompt, had good communication and took care while in our home. The mattress is of good quality and we are enjoying sleeping on it zzz

The mattress arrived half an hour…
The mattress arrived half an hour earlier than the start of the time window, so we weren't quite ready. The two delivery guys were very helpful and pleasant and waited for us to clear the bedding and they took the old mattress away. The mattress itself (Travelodge dreamer) feels too hard by itself, so I have had to put my 7cm topper back on. The combination of mattress and topper is now perfectly comfortable. The new mattress is a lot more supportive than my old one which had sunk in the middle and I am definitely sleeping better with it.

Nice mattress better than my old one…
Nice mattress better than my old one but thought it would be firmer.
Having loved the Travelodge beds in the hotel I thought this one would be the same but it is not. I do not like the fact you cannot sit on the edge of the bed as it is not firm enough and you slide off. I like to sit to put my socks on but can’t do this. Husband and I commented how the mattress makes us sweat. But overall we needed a new mattress and this is fine.

Good but not great

Perfect
Great comfortable mattress. Delivered on time and gently taken upstairs The delivery gentleman unpacked the I damaged mattress hygienically and took the old mattress and all the wrapping away. A perfect delivery for a perfect mattress

Sleepezee Travelodge Mattress
After a few stays at different Travelodge hotels, I had to find out where they got their mattresses from. Sleepezee.
I can't rate these mattresses highly enough. So comfortable. A firmer mattress built to last.

Quite possibly one of the worst companies I have come across when it comes to refunds
Still waiting for mine. It has been many weeks. Other companies refund almost instantaneously- not so sleepeezee
The customer services people try to be helpful but this is an amateur operator and shoddy
