I bought a small double mattress from this seller. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the custom service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I purchased a mattress from
Sleep Express including old mattress removal. I think their customer service is second to none, really outstanding. I had to amend my order and nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a mattress from them.

Had an issue with a mattress which was no fault of Sleep Express but they went above and beyond to solve my problem within 24hrs

My daughter has many health issues been struggling with sleep having had the sleep soul 2000 king size myself i purchased one for her from here... Customer service was absolutely brilliant communication was excellent I was worried about delivery as she's in static caravan but lads were kind enough to carry to the bedroom for her and i went over n took wrapping off ect thanks ever so much these lads are brilliant from start to finish appreciated muchly Glenn

Had a brilliant experience with sleep express from start to finish, customer service was extremely helpful to help find a suitable mattress based on personal need and a bed frame with utility which seamlessly fits into my room.
Delivery was no hassle and the drivers took care of everything. Haven’t slept this well in years, would definitely recommend to all!

I placed my order on the 3rd September with a 2-3 day delivery window. It is now the 17th and still no sign of my order. Royal Mail are still waiting to receive my parcel, and I have heard nothing from this company! Shocking customer service

I have waited 2 weeks for a charger and it has still not arrived. Contacted them with no response and they didnt even leave a tracking number. Avoid this company

I bought a riverside bed mattress from sleep express and I’m very happy with it. I can’t believe it’s so firm, I hope it keeps its firmness for the next few years. I checked online and went to so many stores to find a firm mattress but did not find anything even close to the Riverside.

The mattress was delivered under 48 hours.

Customer service was also good as they kept me updated with delivery times.

I will definitely buy again from them and will also let my family and friends know where they can buy a proper firm mattress.

Wish I had read reviews before I bought a mattress.
The deal was on woucher, I used to work in beds so very knowledgeable and not worried about buying online.
.Bought a bed from a company on woucher before and exactly what it was supposed to be .
Mattress arrived a week later than supposed to.
Was hurried to sign two signatures by 2 separate delivery driver.
Now know one was to confirm delivery
The other inspection.We all know inspection only happens once you unwrap.
First issue I knew just looking at it wasn't a firm pocket spring.
Next.The mattress bag was not factory sealed and was double bagged.
Extremely soft , smelly mattress.
Well I can tell you what happened here.
It was another customers item before mine.
So know in the bed world as a return.
Woucher were an absolute nightmare to contact.
I was in a queue, approx waiting time 18 hours.Yes you read that correct.
The mattress has been disposed of and no money ever returned.
Will never use woucher again.
Sadly I also bought a base from another company, review incoming.
The screws of the feet don't go into one section of the base.
It 2as covered in material, eventually found the holes.
Guess what notelets pins in to attach to the feet.
Woucher are allowing companies to sell faulty goods and then wait 18 hours in a queue, coming, I wonder why .

Purchased a mattress using Wowcher as a conduit. The price was right, the product seemed good, but the customer service was awful.

The product had a £20 delivery charge and was purchase on the 11th with a delivery arranged for 20th March (at the latest).

It didn't arrive on that day so I contacted the team, who were polite, but told me that they cannot achieve the deadlines, and it was Wowcher who obligated them to add these.

We had taken time off work and got rid of the old mattress to receive this, but were told that the new mattress wasn't even shipped until the 21st.

Having not arrived by the 23rd, I tried to contact the company again, but received no response. I left an email, explaining the predicament, how we had taken days off work and had no mattress at the time for several days. I received no response, but within the hour, received a message from the delivery company saying the mattress would be delivered on the 21st (this was the 23rd already) and in a follow up SMS was told the item would be delivered on the 28th and if I did not accept this, there could be a further 14 day delay.

I tried to ask for a time change so that we could arrange to have someone at the house, but was abruptly told by the delivery team that this wasn't an option.

Unceremonious bordering on rude is the best I can say about this part of the interaction, but my hands were tied.

This morning, the mattress arrived at 6:10 AM.

Fortunately, our daughter was at the house and hadn't been sleeping, due to the lack of a mattress anyway, but this was a final ludicrous nail in a terrible service coffin.

The 2nd order cost and inconvenience around this purchase, and the very poor service and follow up, left me wishing that I had invested elsewhere, even at a higher price.

Let's hope the product stands up to the test, because the service certainly didn't.
