9My nephew who's a carpenter said my king size divan wingback was very hard to put together. No instructions. He said If i was to push the headboard it would snap which is worrying!!
Just seen people in these reviews thanking the delivery guys putting the bed together, I wasnt given this option... any reason why?
Beautiful bed , about to sleep on it tonight with my own mattress though. Drivers were nice lads and kind enough to put in my kitchen all the same.

Can't speak with anyone on the phone, another company that will have you speaking with an robot over the chat, once they have your money your order doesn't matter, been already on 10 working days wait for my delivery and still nothing. Barely someone replying to email with vague answers and telling you the delivery team will contact you shortly, same answer 5 days ago same answer 3 days ago, same answer yesterday.

Aky and riz did a fantastic job of fitting the two beds.

Drivers were on-time and very personable.
They were,friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the product.
They also took the time to put my mattress and topper back on the bed for me and demonstrated how to use the ottoman storage feature.
They then waited until they were sure I could open the bed up ok.

Had my new bed delivered today and could not be happier. The guys were really nice and got the new bed put together in no time. They were really friendly and I will always use this company now so when I need a new mattress this is where I will buy it from.

Received my bed this morning delivered by Ishi and another gentleman. Both very nice and helpful. Bed was easy to put together and lovely and comfortable! Can’t wait for a great nights sleep in it.
