Update: Slide Cow reached out and it was an honest mistake. They offered to provide the slide templates for free and I declined, as all I wanted was the product I purchased. He did insist on refunding me, which was incredibly kind and professional. I would absolutely work with, and recommend Slide Cow. The content they put out is of very high-quality and their customer support was outstanding.

I paid, my credit card was charged, and I have no email and received no link to the templates (it could've been user error, as many things are). I emailed the company through their site and didn't hear back.

Really great templates - have lifted my presentations to A+ standard.

Professional and flexible

Yoyo and his team are not only true professionals, but they are very good at what they do. They were fast and thorough with their presentation design, even though the project was a little more nebulous than we both had originally thought. They worked with our deadlines and were able to adjust accordingly. Yoyo was able to speak to me personally and adapt to shifting objectives. I will definitely be working with them again soon!

From the moment I sent my initial inquiry email, to working on re-designing part of our company's PowerPoint template, Yoyo was friendly, responsive, helpful, patient, and professional. Updates from him were frequently sent with video tutorials to show us exactly what he meant, or how to optimize use of the slides on our end. Slide Cow is nowadays my first choice for anything related to company presentations or profiles. The team is very helpful, creative and understanding, especially providing me several options to choose.

In a world where everyone claims to have Microsoft Office skills, it was a shock to me to know I was PowerPoint illiterate.

In a complete panic zone, I had all my content written out, then comes me trying to put together a presentation. Slide after slide, my presentation looked like an unpublished book of pure text. I was struggling to make my presentation influence and motivate my audience, I kept trying to move text around, add photos, switch between templates, oh my god I was loathing the whole process.

Yoyo & team are slide sorcerers. Their tutorials are amazing and very easy to follow. I considered myself pretty advanced in PowerPoint but I learned a bunch of new tricks. Slide Cow also created a full presentation template for us and we'Re very happy with it.
