I have not received any delivery date or information and have not received my product, yet the money has been taken from my account . I have tried to email my issue but receive no reply. Suspect a scam!

Delivery was prompt, but one of the items in the order was missing. However, Slumbar responded very quickly to my email pointing out the omission, and the item arrived the next working day.

Ordered a replacement case for my knee pillow on a Saturday evening and it was delivered on Monday. Really fast delivery and easy to order online.

I ordered this and did not receive a order confirmation but several blog posts (which I don't remember signing up for). After the delivery time had lapsed I inquired about the order and received a reply within 24 hours saying they use Amazon and would chase it up. As I had not heated anything over 24 hours later I then contacted again and was given a refund. I ordered a new pillow via Amazon and was delivered on prime the next day. Haven't used yet but seems good quality. Was offered free pillow protector for inconvenience. Seem like a company that cares but delivery was a issue for me when I ordered direct hence only 3 stars.

never turned up said it was a bit late luckily i paid with paypal got my refund back..
Got no email to say i’ve ordered it just the reply it was a bit late when i emailed them.

Taken a star off as the initial delivery didn't turn up, but when I got in touch they were very apologetic and sorted a replacement straight away.

Product is amazing and as per description cannot fault at all.
However don’t expect an email to confirm your order when placed (left wondering if order had gone through or not) did get an email welcoming me to the mailing list though.
Simple expectation for online orders now days to receive order confirmation.

Easy to order and prompt delivery. I have some middle back pain and I think that the slumbar has helped me to maintain a better posture at night. It took me a couple of nights to get used to using it but all good now.

The product are very 👍🏻 I love it
