Customer services is the worst I have experienced which is a real shame as like the product. But I had a query on my order and tried to contact Potts Candles several times with no response. So then tried to cancel my subscription but you can then only apparently do so by sending an email. So had to send further emails to cancel which of course still go answered!

Very quick delivery and beautifully packaged. Smaller than I expected though

While I do like the candles a lot. There are serious errors/misinformation in the Potts Candles website. The website states that a buyer will recive 5 points for every £1.00 spent. This is not the case. What is actually happens is that regardless of what you send VAT is taken off what you send, (the rate no VAT used is 16.67%. VAT in the UK is 20.00%). Also the cost of postage is taken off what you have spent, so £4.50 is also taken off. There is no explanation for this on the website. So no one gets 5 points on what they spend. In addtioin, muliplying anthing by 5 means that the last figure must be a 5 or a 0. This does not happen, e.g 17 x 5 = 85, 209 x 5 = 1045 and 410 x 5 = 2050. Use your own calculater on your own purchases. I have been in contact with Pott Candles, They seem to have stopped resonding to my emails.

Great concept, great smelling candles made from good quality non toxic ingredients. Potts are very well made and for me good to colour coordinate with my colour schemes. I have also signed up for the .monthly refill subscription

Smells gorgeous

Incredibly disappointed by this company’s customer service. My pot has an issue, the wax is seeping out of the bottom and pooling on the surface below it. I contacted Pott to ask for a solution, upon sending them photos they decided no issue with my pot, I’m left with an expensive useless item and two candles I need to find containers for. After this I’ve canceled my candle subscription with them because what’s the point of having their candles now.

Didn’t have any problems with ordering my candles, it was nice that mystery products are around to mix things up.

Received the seasonal box; the candles are stunning and the rose candle just takes me back to when I was younger and we had a rose bush in our garden! 🌹

Gorgeous! I got the standard pott, plus matches pott in speckle with orangery candle scent. Love the scent. I understand when people say they are expensive, but the pott's all individually thrown and candle actually burns down, i cant say how many times ive thought i got a bargain for me to be left with a lot of candle wax.

Outstanding products and customer service.

Hard to leave a review - still waiting for the delivery. Was too late with my change of address so it was sent to my previous address - but only despatched AFTER I had given my change if address. Hopefully, it will eventually turn up at my previous address and I can drive the 45
minutes to retrieve it from there.
