A seamless service

We are sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the timing of a Trustpilot request to review our services.
All company formation agents use the same system for company formations, which involves the automated submission of orders to Companies House and the subsequent electronic dispatch of the completed formation documents. The completion of an order also triggers Trustpilot's request for a review.
On this occasion, Trustpilot's system was quicker than the electronic dispatch. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about this except apologise.
This is the second time you have used our service, so we trust that, with the exception of the review request system, you are happy with our service.
Finally, insulting us by calling us clowns is unnecessary.
