Made a complete mess of the company…
Made a complete mess of the company formation first time round as they had put in extra memo and arts and the company was rejected. Made out it was our problem. Company is made to think they are a big fish but in fact its pretty obvious they are a one man band. Wouldnt use them again and would advise against using them at all

I am sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the service.
You placed your order for a PLC on 18th December. The order system is automated and provides the documentation required by Companies House to form a PLC. You uploaded your own articles (which the system accommodates), but you also uploaded a memorandum of association, which Companies House does not require. Companies House rejected the Memorandum and we resubmitted your application. Your PLC was incorporated on 22nd December.
We charge a modest fee of £2 for a review of an order, and had you chosen that option, the delay would have been avoided.
I wish you success with your new company.
