Bad customer service cashier so disrespectful and rude. Asked me to shut up and yelling at me in front of all customers. Store 735 . For sure cashier has a race’s issue.

The manager of smart n final store #352 accused my autistic 13 year old daughter of stealing a pack of meat. My daughter never touched anything. I picked up a pack of chicken wings and looked at the price and put them back. When I went to confront him he said he was watching us, he said he saw us pick of the pack of meat and then the meat disappeared. I told him to check his cameras he refused. So now I’m think you watch all the black customers. There was a white customer looking at meat too how come he didn’t harassed her. He knew he was n the wrong and all he had to do was apologize to my child but no he turn his back to us like he was busy watching more customers in the store.

Saw the ground turkey was on special for $2.99, instead of $5.49, they were two yellow special tags with the price. Once I get to the register it comes up regular price. They call to check, then tell me it's 5.49, not on sale. ("And that a picture was sent to prove"), i rushed to area to see for myself: Caught the worker red handed cleaning the tags off (she had a box cutter and paper towels in her hand. She was quick to tell me that this price is $5.49! I told her I know what I saw earlier...
They're supposed to give it to you free if it scans different than the price says on shelf. So is MGMT telling workers to do this now??

So it was the grand opening in Madera California.
All I can tell you that everything was expensive I had several thoughts of grocery outlet is way cheaper and almost just the same.
Yeah, maybe they had good deals but you can still find the same thing somewhere else for cheaper,
I didn’t get a good look around it was packed. I waited at the register for 25 minutes , the girl at the register was a rookie .
Well I go back yeah sure Why not , will I buy anything? Probably not. Just to look around I guess. .
My overall review , two thumbs down .

Bait and Switch. This is the second year in a row that they advertise rib eye roast at a good price, but don't bother stocking in their store. I went twice this week. Today I spoke with the meat stocker and was told they haven't had it in stock all week.

Oh the stupidity of your Westlake Village location- Thursday mornings are not the ideal time to have your floors cleaned.

Who ever at that location decided this was remotely a good idea should be fired from their job!

You couldn’t have done this after hours at night?

It was that important to lose all that business from hard working Americans who need to stop and get food?

I will never step one foot in your establishment again, I will never spend another dime with you people!

wife needed a few things and stopped at smart and final, as we are going through the froozen section I se Marie Callender Coconut cream pie on SALE $3.99
I'll take one, when we got to the cashier she rings in $8.99 ? I said they are on sale $3.99 Response No it's not, I said I am not paying $10 bucks for one. I took it back put it in the freezer. I took the sign and walked halfway through the store again to the cashier to show her the sale sign $3.99, Now she says she can give me the sale price $3.99 ? My answer was IS THIS SOME TYPE OF EXCERCISE CLASS? running back and forth in the store? How many people do they screw by sale prices and then charge them full price?

I just had the worst experience ever at this store. One of the employees there started raising his voice at me because my service dog was in the store. Instead of approaching the situation professionally the guy just started cursing at me and raising his voice. When I asked for the manager he started mocking me. Wow, this person's attitude was really aggressive. The guy's name is Derrick Walker (securitas). Shoppers beware of this individual! I will be filling a formal complaint with their corporate office. There are legal steps employees need to follow when dealing with service dogs and this guy clearly does not have the proper training or attitude. SMART & FINAL SHAME ON YOU!

Jericho was amazing!! Best customer service ever!!! He delivered to my house two days in a row and he was so amazing with making sure I received my order... I would recommend him for delivery 😊

Went back to shopping at local store. Was comforted to see masks were still required and most customers were still social distancing. Some items I needed were out of stock, but those I specifically came for were in stock. Even got $10 off of frozen items.

I place an online order for delivery with Smart and Final. They cancelled my order after the shopper had shopped and refused to explain why.

Amazing customer service and great selection of gluten free products !

Excellent customer service, great prices, delivery of groceries on time.
