Mike Miller was outstanding and available throughout the entire process of booking and actual transport. Because of him and his professionalism I would recommend this company… but use Mike. If there is a problem he will resolve it

Worst ever. What ever they quote when you sign the contract and give them your deposit the price will triple when it's time to ship. No contact prior to the ship day and I had to initiate communication. They have 2 months prior to shipping and nothing was done so I had to wait another day for it to be picked up. They lie to you just to get you off their back. This company has many complaints, not accredited with the BBB and I may turn them into the Attorney General.

Very Bad experience - Signed up 1-Oct-2025 for $ 125 down with $ 325 estimate to ship car. 20 days later, no one answers call or email, so I asked for refund. Their site says if no driver dispatched, you can get a refund. No surprise, right after my email, same day, I get a call that they found a driver. Of course, it is "a bit higher" than the estimate. Try $ 1,600 instead of $ 325. I knew immediately that this company was not for me. The company has refused to cancel my order. And in fact said a driver showed up at my house. I am home and no driver showed up, nor did I agree to any final price. Still no refund and I finally had to send to my bank for fraud review. Seems like a bait and switch

We were hired by Smart Car Ship to transport a vehicle from Florida to Georgia. We confirmed all details from the dispatch sheet — pickup, delivery, and contact information. The car was transported exactly as agreed.
However, upon arrival at the delivery address provided by Smart, no one there knew about the vehicle or the buyer. We contacted the number listed, and the supposed customer asked us to take the car to a gas station for pickup — but never showed up. We waited 24 hours, with no response from the customer or Smart Car Ship, who only told us to “wait” or “put the car in storage.”
After this, we returned the car to the pickup location and handed it back to Ms. Natalie, who confirmed she had already paid Smart Car Ship and that the vehicle was actually supposed to be delivered in Arkansas, not Georgia.
Smart Car Ship never paid us the $800 transport fee, nor compensated the loss for 24 hours of delay and over 800 miles driven unnecessarily.
Terrible experience. Disorganized company with no responsibility and questionable practices. Do not do business with Smart Car Ship.

I have paid them to deliver my car but the driver came and told me that they would not be able to deliver my car for the time frame that we had agreed upon. I said no problem at all, I will drive myself. However, Smart Carship LLC is refusing to refund me $1240 for the services that they were NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE. Please stay away from them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and I have no other option than to take legal action against them.

Mike Miller did a great job. Very fast and accurate quoting and was attentive all the way to delivery. I've used other shipping companies in the past and Mike has by far been the best so far!

Great Communication, even though my shipment was delayed

They lied about everything, They have my 2023 Ford Escape. They upped my price by $1800 to a total of $4850 even though they promised my price would stay at $3050 no matter what. Jennifer Wilson and David Cooper lie, bait and switch.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Scammers! No refund, no car pickup. No communication. Price tripled!!!!

Good service will be used else , all was on time and in good condition.
