Smart Carship LLC Avis 

Bait and switch. I was quoted $675 to ship an SUV from NC to KS. Before paying the deposit, Emelia confirmed that the price would not increase. After a driver was found, I was then told by Nathan the price was $1,495. I asked to cancel, and they would not let me and threatened to charge a $200 cancellation fee. After much complaining, Nathan got his manager David on the phone who finally gave me a price of $1,000, which I paid to avoid losing my $150 deposit and $200 cancellation fee. I will never use Smart Carship again!

Roma made a great work

Started a quote with $575 then it went up to $1,000 then it went up to $1,500. The low quote was just to suck you in so they could get your business then settle on $1,400 a guy showed up that didn't speak English. He drove off and left me hanging and the only reason Roma called me back is I told him I wanted to terminate the transaction. Then he called back, sent another guy that was very helpful and done a good job. But pretty shady business to almost triple the charge. Would not recommend this business.

they quoted service to hawaii for my car from seattle to honolulu for 1750.00 an 200 # of personal items . after confirming and reading revies I agreed and sent 350.00 booking fee they arrived 1 day early for pickup and informed me no personal items in vehicle the driver accepted my car after photos and departed. in the morning I received an update bill for 4167.00 I called and protested they reduced to 2600.00 on top of the 350.00 I had already paid . at this point my car is in ca. on the car carrier they use this as leverage for you to pay there up charges Ihad to pay a 200.00 cancellation fee and agree to pay trucker his fee of 625.00 to get my new booking with matson for my shipping !! they are a bait and switch and have you left you at unfortunate situation In my case It cost me 350..00 plus 200.00 to get my car to matson for ocean transport

BUYER BEWARE. I’m not sure how this company has any stars. If I could give no stars I would. They are bait and switch scam artists. Jessica will tell you a price and a confirmed driver then the day of say that the driver is not available and the only available ones are 3x+ the price the quote you. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOIR CREDIT CARD. They will lie through text saying that you can cancel and get a full refund only to make you sign a contract that says you cannot cancel and on top of it a $200 cancellation fee will be charged! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!

She gives excellent customer service and does her very best to meet your needs by being diligent at finding you the best deal possible. I have had such a good outcome the first time when I towed my 2015 Honda Pilot and this time with in less than 2 months was a 21’ RV both coming from Michigan to Texas. I would definitely recommend their services. The drivers were also easy to work with which makes for a good overall experience.
