They actually Answer their phone and u can talk to someone live that was one of the most important thing for me . And my credit want up 55 points today I really did know what to do with out there help thank u so much

Don't get here their services are basic and you can't cancel by yourself and while you try to cancel them by charging your card with the story that every time you enter the system you will charge him but the catch is that the system doesn't let you in without paying for any cancellation or anything else.

smartcredit no so smart!

I am a current customer of smartcredit.com and trying to rebuild my credit, as I move forward with thier plan, I see loan offers from several lenders. How can a company using the name “smartcredit” promote loan companies with interest rates between 300% and 600%?

When I log in and go to my home page, and click the tab for “myLONA” to see if I qualify for any loans, the first one I see is from Ace Cash Express, showing an APR between 396.53% and 495.76%.

Seriously—what is going on here? Why is smartredit sponsoring or allowing these types of loan companies into their freaking webiste? I am about to cancel my membership.

I signed up thinking my credit score would rise 150 points. Big fat lie. It went up 4, 3 and 9 points. I'm currently trying to cancel subscription. I was paying $30/month. I tried to cancel and they offered a $10/month plan. I declined. Low and behold, I keep getting an error message saying there is a problem, try again later. Looks like I might have to just cancel the credit card. They sent an email saying they could't process payment. Ha Ha Ha. Well, I had locked my card!

Smartcredit helped me sooo much! I normally don't leave reviews for companies because I'm busy and I just don't have the time, however this has changed my life in such a profound way that I had say something! I started with a credit score in the 630 range and in just 5 months using the tools and advice I've been able get above 700. Not only that but I also had my information received off a bunch of sites that were selling where I live, used to live, etc. It's scary that this stuff is out there and some random guy could just show up at my house. That scares me, so I'm glad this app not only can help you with your score, but also protecting yourself and identity. I will be a customer for life for sure!

STAY AWAY - do not sign up. Everything is a lie and the score boost pay down is BS - you will pay down all the money they recommend and then get a small fraction of the points advertised. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

When you cancel they make you call and they make it IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP PAYMENTS!

This garbage company has been charging me almost a year and I’ve never even heard of them u til today when I caught a 25$ charge because I was out sick from work and had the time to dig through my account

Buen día, en vista de que no se pudo llegar a un acuerdo respecto a la factura que tienes pendiente con nosotros, procederemos a bloquear tus reportes y remitir al área legal tu caso por el incumplimiento del contrato que firmaste. Como evidencia adjuntaremos estas conversaciones y las llamadas en las que intentamos contactarte y no fue posible

STAY AWAY FROM THEM—-They have been charging me without me using their services for the past 3 years. Requested a refund and they won’t give even though I have used their services. Horrible customer service, anti-customer policies.

They called me and pitched me their business… everything seemed ok until it felt like they were do pushy… i agreed to their $1 credit review then they wanted $1000 up front and like 450 in the side and 30 a month. I wanted to take time to think about it but the lady wanted my social id and many other things right away to lock me in. I said i need time to think it over it a lot of money then she said well how much can you put down now…. After that i got a bad feeling so i just said not interested… they kept pushing but i just ignored it… days come by and my card kept saying someone was trying to charge me 29.95 for about 5 days straight good thing i locked my card or god knows what terror awaited me to try and get refunded and cancelled

This company is a SCAM and should be put out of business. They get you on automatic billing and the charge your card monthly even after the account has been cancelled. When you call IF you can get through they make it a hassle to cancel. Just stay as FAR away from this company as you can.

I called to inform smart credit that my account is being charged for their services but showing non-active when I login. They told me that I must be confused because they did not charge my card while I am staring at the transaction on my phone. Run. customer service is awful. They must be using a prison call center with hardened criminals answering phones.

One of the people you all have working with you @jamarkellyman is fraudulent charging people $2500 to fix credit . He charge me in may to fix my credit . In promised me in October he would refund me. I have the voice calls and text messages . He is not a good luck for your company. He has your logo on his page, but asking his customer to use Experian. This company should be ashamed letting him use there logo
