They are a scam I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership with them but they will not close it and I keep getting notifications of them trying to charge my card so far they have stolen 60$ from me until I changed cards

Scam. Requires waiting 40 days to update while charging monthly. Made my credit score drop 100 points. AVOID!

Don’t bother giving them your money. They go MIA. The customer service line doesn’t even work. They don’t respond to emails either.

Since working with SmartCredit, our correspondence has been low-tech easy, my credit score has increased by 59 points, and my student loan debt is now under the US government's discernment of being discharged. Thanks so much!

The app makes it easy to dispute negative items on my credit reports. Not all of the disputes have been successful but I did get 2 corrections made which bumped by score up by about 50 points. As far as apps go, the monthly rate might seem a bit high but if you're looking to get a handle on your credit it's well worth it.

one of my friend taken a very small amount of 3500 only, and the re payment date was 5th Jan 2023. Their uneducated people start calling since morning it self on the same day not just that but to all the relatives and contact persons in the phone list.
1. they hack all the numbers from the phone
2. before due date start harassing my friend
3. sending very inappropriate msgs writing that if you don't done the payment will share your some private photos to all.
4. after even payment on the app the calls doesn't stop and asking for more money on some other links.
I have never seen such company in my entire life what the hell this internet era leading us there is no privacy no empathy just around. my friend soon going to give a legal notice for defamation to this company.

A charge from smart credit came up on my credit card. I immediately called them for a refund because I never signed up for their services or know who they are for that matter. I initially got the run around. They gave me a number to call for my refund that was non existent. I called back and spoke to someone else. Told them I was recording them and I would expose them on social media and YouTube. All of a sudden, the manager was right there and approved my refund. They didn’t even have my accurate information. They had the wrong email address and the wrong street address, but they did try to play me like I signed up for their services but maybe forgot. No!!! There is no way I would forget what I promised to pay for. Don’t let them play you, it sounds like they are desperate for subscribers so they fraud people, then hope they can manipulate them into forgetting. Don’t let these thieves keep your money

Cancelled my membership and was told that by logging back into the account the cancelation request would no longer apply. They don't let you know that when you cancel your account and will send you emails to get you to login again. They won't let you delete the account either. Unethical thiefs!

The problem started when I discovered an unknown $21.95 charge on my credit card from smartcredit.com. I do not have a credit monitoring account with smartcredit so I called them to see what is going on and get a refund but they do not want to issue me a refund. I am waiting for a manager to call me to fix the problem. Horrible experience. I'm calling attorney generals office, BBB and scammerexposed.com

as a person that doesnt do many reveiws i took the time to say the app is easy to navigate and showed me some things that credit karma did not have i do have a above average score but i see this as a great app that can help get a better score with the many extras

Be cautious !!! I signed up for a single credit report, for a credit restoration company… They charged me three times in the first three days, at $19.95, each time… So almost $60 for one single report… Then they put me on auto so they charge me $19.95 a month after, and the month after that…
I contacted customer service, instead of getting a sympathetic person, she gave me some excuse on why that makes sense and would not reimburse me, or refund me at all for their mistake.

Later ...After being contacted by a very nice manager , she was happy to refund me for the additional charges, which is very much appreciated.

I was tracking my progress and telling m agent news about my score.
I have never told about my rights to cancel my membership my five-day cancelation policy
My agent did not help me to cancel my membership. she told me do it my self.
I want my money back. since less in a month, i had to cancel my accont before my score go under 600.

Was offered a 1-month free trial and gave this site a try last year to see if it could dispute and remove a exorbitant surprise medical bill from my credit report. After uploading the collection documents, I was surprised and impressed to find that it was removed from my report in less than a month. My credit score has gone from the low 600s to the mid 700s over the last year (with some diligence on my part in reducing credit accounts), but this made a significant impact as well. I did have a hiccup where the collection magically reappeared on a different bureau, but I disputed it through the credit karma app and it was removed again swiftly. I am now happily paying about 10$ a month for Smart Credits premium membership. No complaints so far, website interface could use some improvements, but the service works as advertised.
