Prompt response to my questions, excellent to deal with!
I had a query on delivery of the TP Links I was about to purchase and I made contact to ask about the delivery, my details were taken and Susan called me back in a prompt and timely manner. Very approachable and easy to deal with. Very helpful in answering my questions and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Delivery took about a day and a half once ordered and everything arrived well packaged with no damage and happy to report all devices work perfectly as described! I would be very happy to deal with Smarter Home Store again in the future!
