Poppy and Kay st Smart are the most incredible agents. They have been looking after my property for a long time and I’m extremely impressed with the service they provide. They are both so diligent and professional, yet relaxed and friendly.
Any problems with the property are immediately flagged up and they have excellent maintenance people on hand. Everything is always repaired quickly and sorted out for the tenants.
In terms of advertising my property and finding new tenants….I’ve only had a week between the previous residents moving out and the new tenants moving in…and that was only because the property needed painting.
Their communication is excellent and I have peace of mind knowing they are always quick to respond to emails.

Smart have always been helpful and polite. We deal mostly with Kay Patmore and she has always been good to us. We've never had any issues with them, and any problems with the property have been dealt with promptly. Top marks.

Poppy was lovely and made me feel very welcome to the house. Also managed to answer all my questions about the property and surrounding area.

I bought a property through Smart. They were quite good at chasing Solicitors but I felt like I was just another transaction. Property was sold as 'high standard' but had a lot of flaws and some of the more major ones were not declared at the beginning of the process. They also didn't want to communicate after the purchase was complete, even though the sellers hadn't removed everything and left the house in a fairly poor condition.

Smarts are a one stop shop for landlords...They handle everything we need and only when necessary, refer back to us for major decisions...absolutely brilliant. Poppy and Kay are our main contacts, but the whole team seems 100% on the ball. Thoroughly reccomended.

Adam and Kate have excellent customer care. It has been 6 months trying to get accommodation but the two never rested until I got one. Thank you so much team Smart.😁

I have been renting my 3 properties with them for two years now and can’t fault them. Katy and Adam are fantastic, Adam even went and cleaned up the rubbish from the street when my tenants left the rubbish bins on the street before leaving and the seagulls had a field day.

Adam is a great managing agent, always contactable and friendly to speak to. He doesn't delay instructing tasks. I would highly recommend this managing agent.

Do not deal with these estate agents. I thought I was buying a property but, without warning, they went behind my back and sold to someone else.

I would have given zero stars, but this is not possible.

A very responsive, friendly, helpful and professional team. We discovered Smart Estate Agents through a friend and although we didn't end up renting one of their properties, they were by far the most proactive and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

I went to a few viewings with Smart Estate Agent before finding the right rental, every time they were friendly, helpful and punctual. Once I found the right place and made an application they were quick to get back to me with the acceptance.

There were a couple of things that needed updating at the property, but they were sorted promptly and I was in the property in about a week. So far if I've had any questions or requests they've been back in touch within an hour, and they've been resolved.

It's not a great time to be looking for a new place, particular in Cornwall, but Smart Estate Agents are by a long way the best experience I've had with any lettings agent.

Sammy was the perfect person to show the property. She was knowledgeable and had patience to explain things. She is exceptional actually and it is the best "showing" so far because of her even though the flat did not suit me because of the stairs.
