Good product but great customer service…
Good product but great customer service when there was an issue. As it happens the issue was down to a faulty CAT5 cable (not their problem) but Ralph could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Cost effective way of getting Zwave signals to Hubitat
Came the next day.
Dead easy to set up.
I used it for signals back to my hubitat hub.
I have 6 PIR's in my garden all mains voltage.
Put in 6 relays
Dry contacts from the relays drive into the Konnect board.
Its a cost effective way of getting Zwave signals back to Hubitat

I understand problems with delay in parcels, what I don't understand is lack of options when things go wrong, after things went wrong with royal mail I offered to pay more to get another company to deliver, this was not followed up, instead I got told they would just refund as they did not want the hastle anymore !!!!! But after receiving the product from another supplier i can say the konnected product is amazing

Hello, As it was explained to you over email we didn't have everything you ordered in stock so we were unable to send another parcel out to you unfortunately. You agreed with us in our email that it was Royal Mails fault and not ours that the parcel went missing after we sent the parcel out the following day after you ordered it. You received a full refund meaning we are at a loss with no product or money for the product. All the other parcels that were posted that day were received by the customers so i'm not sure what has happened with yours. We spent hours numerous times on the phone to Royal Mail trying to find out where the parcel was, as you were told, they said it was in Sheffield delivery office and thats all they were telling us. You were very rude on the emails you sent to us while we were trying to sort out where the parcel was, you upset members of our staff with your rude emails. We directed you to Konnected (the main supplier) so you could purchase your kit with the refund we gave to you as they have everything in stock. I think this 1 star review is EXTREMELY unfair as we posted the parcel to you (you had the tracking information to prove this).
