Still have no received my order. I have emailed and they told me it was end of Jan. now it’s the beginning on Feb. I ordered it on the 3rd of Jan.

Terrible. I am still waiting for my order. It was placed 20 working days ago. I don’t have any response when I will be receiving it. The web page says between 5-10 business days and still nothing. Very disappointed. Not recommended. I am wondering if I ever going to received or it will be a total scam

As thee courier couldn't deliver the item was taken to a local Dpd drop off shop but was not collected and therefore sent back to us. Great company to deal with for all items to do with babies. Purchased a dual pushchair in readiness for the arrival of our new grandchild. Lovely choice available and some good prices in the sale. Item delivered within 10 days of purchase all ready now fervour new arrival.
