Customer service absolutely shocking, takes 3 / 4days to reply. Order a watch on 16th, and select next day delivery & I am still awaiting my delivery & it's now the 27th June. Every time you contact them, they say theirs a problem and they will get it dispatched in the few day.. but nothing happens...

Does exactly what I need from smart device and did not cost me a fortune! Fast delivery too. Only took 2 days to arrive to Derby. Thank you

I recently purchased from sfl despite the somewhat questionable reviews…but I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the sleek design to the impressive features, this watch exceeded my expectations in every way. The customer service was good too, answering my questions promptly. The watch itself is fantastic, is comfortable, works flawlessly and it has become an essential part of my daily routine. Overall from my side I can recommend sfl and their watches.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Customer service is worse than appalling, the smartwatches are too bulky for my wrist, they state a 14 day no quibble return and refund policy but customer service do not get back to you with anything of any use within that time frame so you are purposely outside of that time frame! - I have requested a return form several times but am yet to receive one! is this a scam or just plain incompetence?

Awful customer service poor quality product
My partner brought me a watch for my birthday at the end of April, one of the straps it came with were faulty. The company did say they would replace free of charge however I had to chase this and it took nearly a month to arrive. The watch is no longer charging and it is also starting to come apart. I have emailed asking for a direct contact number as the company are being very vague in their emails. I have asked 3 times for a refund and the company are now ignoring my emails. Shocking and will be taking this further

Abysmal Customer Service, stay clear of this company. Ordered a smartwatch for my 7 year old son, watch arrived and i set it up, tried it out and gps tracking was out by almost 1/2 a mile so is useless if trying to track. Contacted customer services to return it. Now nearly 2 weeks later still waiting to get instructions on how to return and are saying im not entitled to refund. "14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" "NO HASSLE RETURNS" dont make me laugh. Contacted trading standards. "Got a reply saying never rejected refund request" well your emails beg to differ

Scam company no actual telephone and cancellations ignored. Don't use.

Avoid at all costs. My watch died within a week. I've asked for a refund and they offered me a replacement. I replied to say thanks but no, I'd rather have a refund and they are now ignoring my mails and have still not sent me any details on how to return this useless thing

Recently bought a Ruimens budget smartwatch and can’t believe how fantastic it is - especially for the price!
Wasn’t expecting too much, but have been delighted. It’s early days, but after downloading the GloryFit app (needed help to pair it to my iPhone SE) everything seems to be working really well! Mainly needed it for the heart rate and steps, but it’s giving me so much more. Time will tell re battery life, but a big thumbs up so far!

I paid 9.99 for next day delivery still have not received my watch, no reply from company still, no tracking number received either, very disappointed 😔

Bought a s21 watch thinking it was galaxys21 tried to return but u have 2 email company now had 3 emails discussing refund and can't be bothered with it so didn't return tried to wear it and it's just not there the quality my amazon£16 is better

I've ordered from these guys before and thought the watch I got was good value for money and generally was left with a positive feeling.
This time however, I ordered 2 straps and was offered a discount code to get an extra 20% off, but when I applied the code, a delivery of more than half the discount was applied.
It just made the whole experience feel sneaky and underhanded.
Why not just say here's a code for an extra 5 or 6% off.
I haven't even received the products yet but already feeling like I wouldn't do business in future with them.
It looks like they do monitor these reviews so whoever thought people would still be happy that they are still getting something off, you've miscalculated badly as it just hurts the brand.

Love my watch. I am doing golf, and always wanted to know how many steps I do. But did not want to spend a lot for more expensive watch.
