No issues at all.

Watch arrived within 2 days and it is so easy to use.

I use it mainly for step count and it is fsirly acccurate.

Awful service all round,it's been a week & counting and yet to receive my purchase. No update on when I'll be receiving my order nothing. Avoid like a plague.

I am happy with my smart tracker. It calculets my steps, sleep and shows me notifications which is all I really wanted from a smart tracker so cannot complain here. The setup was super easy too.

Very happy with my desk charger on my night stand. Recently moved house and been on the hunt for something like this. Delivery took 2 days.

Very pretty watch and earphones. Had a budget and glad I found these as they look much more high end than the price would suggest

Basically the watch works fine as a stand alone timepiece in that it tells the time to some degree of accuracy. However i brought the watch to help monitor
my swimming process as it was sold for its abilities. I have tried these modes over several swimming trips
neither in any way record distance length or trips accuratly.

I have tried to make contanct but fail to answer.

Good experience for me so far. Ordered smart tracker, delivery took 2 days which is standard I think. The tracker is fine, does what it says on the web and looks nice. I charge it every 2 days which is fine for me and I bought a different strap as the silicone was not agreeing with my skin. Overall good experience

I bought a smart ring (Nova) from this company. The buying/recieving process was excellent, originally paid for a ring sizer, then ordered a ring (with a discount ++) and recieved both in good and timely manner.
Easy to use, easy to download and sync the app, overall easy product to use & thus thought I would be chuffed with my purchase.
Unfortunately, the ring is not at all accurate in ANY way. I've waited to review by trying different fingers, even different hand, it just doesn't accurately ready.
I have lung disease & initially hoped for overnight oxygen tracking. I was of course aware it may be a percentage or 2 out, however according to the Nova ring, my lung disease should have been eradicated....
A real shame!

Great service. Fast delivery and the smart tracker looks very nice and better than on the picture. Featues are okay but I honestly wanted it mainly for steps as I have a sitting job and want to inprove my health with me being almost 40. Would recommend as does not cost much but works well

Perfect experience. The watch is actually lightweight. I had fitbit before but this is much better.

I wear my watch all day and last about 7days!! Much better than any other watch I had for fraction of price.

It is actually amazing all relevant data that I can see on my phone. And also it connects to apple health.

Customer service was helpful and watch arrived within 2days.

Very disappointed, having purchased it in September 2023 it will no longer connect to my phone. I have had 2 x top IT friends try and rectify it but no joy so I now cannot even change the watch face.

A shame as when it was working it was perfect and very comfortable to wear and easy to access all the relevant info.

Prior to receiving the response below I emailed customer services which they have confirmed receipt of and will be reviewing my issue in the next fee days. Hopefully it will be resolved.....

Totally disappointed and annoyed. My £100+ watch is obviously second hand. Impossible to connect to Bluetooth but, most importantly, the profile is set to a male, born in December 2009,175 high 65kg. Unfortunately, I am an elderly and disabled woman. The watch came with free air buds (new to me). I thought listening to music when going to bed could help my pain.

Great watch. This is our second watch for our daughter. It has everything we nees too keep tract of where she is and who contacts her. Ease of use

Good watch, came next day as I paid for faster service, nicely packaged and easy to set up. For the price you really cant fault it I think
