**Terrible Customer Service Experience**
I’ve been trying to reach Smeg USA’s customer service for nearly three months, and no one has ever picked up the phone. It seems like none of their departments are functioning. As someone who previously worked at an appliance store, I can confidently say that dealing with Smeg was always a nightmare. They are an irresponsible company. I have a minor question that should be easy to resolve, but it’s clear that this company is not operational. Avoid Smeg if you expect any level of customer service.
