Not a great company. Ordered a coat because there system failed it took over £350 pounds from my bank account and after completing and them acknowledging there systems failed. It then took them 4 day... Voir plus

A company that truly delivers on all fronts

After several years of dissatisfaction with various PPE suppliers, it has been refreshing to work with a company that truly delivers on all fronts. Not only are the products high quality, but the ordering system is straightforward and easy to use.

This is supported by excellent customer service and a proactive, reliable account manager, which makes a real difference to day-to-day operations. We have been using SMI for the past year and have experienced no issues at all.

Highly recommended.

Returning customer

I have been a customer of SMI for a number of years and have found their customer service to be 10/10 I spoke with a lady called Shona who rectified an issue I was having with an international order. Their Rokwear cargo pants are great for work casual, being very comfortable and hard wearing. Top company with great staff.

Good working relationship with Lisa

Special order request

I requested a special order for celebration 150 years in the business and the product is what I requested. Leah Rush was amazing and helped so well.
I am so please with the product. I would definitely recommend

Great service after courier failure

Customer Support Specialist Shona went above and beyond when DPD repeatedly made errors with our delivery- tracking astray orders, issuing credit for lost parcels and arranging for replacement products to be shipped, while keeping us informed throughout.
Excellent service from SMI, particularly as the problems encountered were caused by the courier, not SMI.

Not a great company

Not a great company. Ordered a coat because there system failed it took over £350 pounds from my bank account and after completing and them acknowledging there systems failed. It then took them 4 days too pay money back. I couldn’t buy food shopping because off this company apology means nothing

Short Notice PPE

I ordered my company branded PPE items at short notice and requested a short delivery time on the essential 5 point PPE items to accommodate a site visit. The customer service (Ella and the dispatch team) was first class with updates and multiple deliveries to ensure I am able to attend site.

Swept my money sway

I ordered a bass broom from this company on 26/01/25. I had a message saying it was despatched to DPD that same day, I have the DPD app and for seven days it said received notification of order but not received. Phoned Smi said order been lost. Will despatch another immediately. No info on DPD app at all. So phoned again asking for refund. Today I got refund but not the £9 they charged me for postage. I certainly won’t phone again. Just how disorganised can a large group be? With little regard for customer,
Further to your comments your initial refund was withdrawn from you. It was ever credited to my account.

quality products and great service

I have been using SMI for 5 years now , my company 10 years , we have always had a great range of products which keeps getting larger .
the quality of the uniform is excellent and we rarely have any issues , but when we do they are rectified quickly by the support staff , Namely Josh and Daniel .
