When met with a really tight deadline Shona really pulled it out of the bag for me. She kept me updated every step of the way and when things went wrong with the delivery times she didn’t just accept that and chased this down right until the order was at my front door. Really lovely lady to deal with. Nothing was too much for Shona to do and never at any point made me feel I was a demanding customer. (Although I was). Keep up the good work Shona it’s refreshing to do business with someone who really cares like you do.

Grace McCauley is what made my experience great as she went above and beyond to help me out of a sticky situation. Grace did everything she possibly could to get me the items I needed urgently for a training course, I don't think anyone could have been more help! My items were delivered by the time and to the depot I had requested, at such short notice with Grace pulling out all the stops. Brilliant customer service, it's great knowing there are still people out there that are willing to do as much as they can to help, thank you!

Would like to complement Sarah Barker our Key Account Manager, she is super efficient and friendly and always a pleasure to see her. Great product and service which has encouraged me to purchase a broader range of products. If there is a Employee reward scheme Sarah should be considered for a nomination.

Customer Experience Specialist Samantha who works for SMI is one of the best person with I meet during dealing with SMI Group. She is always helpful and can find a solution to any problem.

Spoke with David and Rachael who sourced us a football kit for the upcoming Waste World Cup.
We gave them a pretty tight deadline but they really went above and beyond! The kit was absolutely spot on with what we wanted.

The team at SMI have been fantastic, Dave has been so accommodating to even the strangest of requests! The portal is easy to use, you get notifications when stock is dispatched, and when to expect delivery, which is prompt. 'IF' they are ever out of stock the team are in contact straight away to try to fill the gap. The products available are huge and SMI are always looking for amazing products to add to the catalogue. Dave is always on hand should I have a query or need some assistance. Thank you so much for your help and guidance.

Your company gives an excellent service, the ordering portal is fast and easy to use, the only thing about the portal is I'd like to add more items that I can badge up (with our corporate logo) delivery is quick and I'm always updated on delivery times etc.

The help I received from our account manager Grace was outstanding, she couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. She's gone to a lot of trouble to help me set up personalisation for our work clothing and has replied promptly and thoroughly to every email I have sent. Thank you Grace, what a superstar!

Recently switched to SMI as our supplier for workwear. Not only did they have the items we were looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging our orders. We are thrilled by our move to SMI and look forward to the excellent customer service offered by Giles, Bethany, Matt and the team.
