Good quality within current market…
Good quality within current market prices. Packaging was ok, but could have used more ice packs. Only real issue was lack of delivery date communication. I'll still order again though.

I’ve always had a good experience with…
I’ve always had a good experience with Burgers Smokehouse. I ordered a boneless prime rib and it came defrosted but still cold due to the current high outside temperature. I emailed to ask if it was safe to eat and just to be safe they express shipped me a fresh one at no charge. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

Great tasting
We buy the fried chicken a lot with the gravy packs. Very good. Only problem was the shipping. Arrived after 2 day storm delay. The dry ice pack were completely gone, but the packing kept the items still cold to the touch. Glad they were precooked. The added free gift of bread pudding helped keep the items cold, but not frozen.

Recent order of a gift card, would have liked a tracking number for the shipping or word that it was shipped. I know a gift card is low on the radar but it is important for the moral of a struggling veteran friend of mine.
