The aged ham is absolutely delicious!!! Great service with really fast shipping. The ham was a gift from someone else, and it was so good that I ordered a summer sausage 4-pack. The Ozark recipe is great...have not tried the all-beef yet but I'm sure it will be amazing!

Excellent Service
Website and magazine do an excellent job portraying all food items. Website is easy to navigate, and customer service is top notch.
I called on a weekend and they not only answered right away, but politely explained I would need to call back Monday. I sent an email just incase and first thing Monday morning before I could even call, they responded to my email.
They really do have a great service all the way around!

I BEEN BUYING THESE FOR SOME YEARS NOW AND THEY ARE AWESOM. WOULD ONLY USE OTHERS IF I COULD NOT GET THESE. THE ONLY THING I WISH IS WHEN I GET THEM THEY ARE ALWAYS WARM AND I ALWAYS HOPE THEY ARE OK I PUT THEM STRAIGHT INTO THE FREEZER.

The Bacon/Cheddar Burgers were great
The Bacon/Cheddar Burgers were great. Really good flavor, and the Seasoning Packet included was just about right. Cooked up really nice in my cast-iron grill-pan, and will now have to fire up the pellet grill, and try them THAT way. Only concern I have is not about the product, but the shipping method. Would like to see you move towards a more recyclable container, since Styrofoam is not very recyclable. Difficult to get rif of, here in Georgia.

Great customer service
I had received a package with partially thawed meat, but they reached out to me and it was a shipping issue with UPS not the company. They sent a replacement and apologized. even though technically it was not their fault. I was very happy with their level of customer service. I will continue to order from them.

Another incredible product
Smoked meats that are on a different level. I've tried the other products they offer and quite impressed. Now for the smoked turkey breast. Tastes like smoked meat should taste. Will definitely buy this again.

It arrived to warm to be safe to eat.
It arrived a few minutes ago and im afraid its too warm. It only had one gel pack. Im afraid its spoiled. I don't feel its safe to eat.
