All our 50 x 20kg - ECO Glow Smokeless Coal delivered yesterday. 280kg unpacked and into the bunker, quality is excellent and will use the company again based on cost and quality.

Ordered and delivered okay
Ordered and delivered okay. Communication is not great, but smokeless coal arrived in good condition. Drivers rang to say he's 30 minutes away out of the blue. They did arrange delivery avoiding the days I was not going to be in.
The coal is good price and quality and low ash compared to the economy ovals I have been buying from another company Houseful**s for the last 3 years. I will use them again and recommend them .

Highly recommended.
Found this company online after looking around for the best prices against good quality coal. This company is by far the best value and quality is brilliant. They made contact within 24hours to arrange delivery that was no more than a week’s wait. I’ve now brought 2 tonne in the last 6 months to stock up, as my fires are my only form of heating, which will last me a long time. Having options of 20KG bags also means I’m easily able to move it to where needs storing once delivered on my driveway.

My opinion
Ordered Saturday delivered Wednesday on the fire Thursday still burning next morning not to much ash and also throws out the heat so all good so far and a reasonable price.

Reliable supplier of smokeless coal
Good company to deal with, the coal was well packaged and the product is very good...point taken off for the courier trying to deliver on a different date that we had been agreed via phone and then tried to deny the call happening.

The delivery company and driver were spot on phoned me to book a delivery date and the driver phoned when on his way.

Gentleman I spoke to was so helpful, he arranged transportation and smokeless coal was delivered with a week which was excellent, it is great stuff keeping my house cosy, am very pleased with the service provided and will pass this on to others.

Good coal
The seller was more than happy to organise a later delivery date with the freight company so that I could be at home. When the coal arrived it was well wrapped, dry and so far it seems very good. Very happy with the purchase.
