Sent wrong item, didn’t respond to email sent

I ordered smokes from opal fragrances on the 14th September thanks to the person i spoke with via your chat app. On the 15th September it came up on my email it had been despatched. Another day later i went on the shop app, to be told they were waiting on deliver info with my order no: as my reference!.
With no success i went back to sc chat app and asked why my order still hasnt given me a tracking code and the person on the over end said i was to show proof of my payment transaction. I did what was asked of me. Another day later I asked why can no one get back to me?. And now noone even reads my messages! It has been days!....
I paid $190 on smokes out of my savings. If you cannot get back to me would be unfair. Iam a loyal customer and quite honestly the whole situation have been very stressful.
So will anyone respond and make a wrong right.
I guess I will have to wait and see.

They are good at answering concerns straight away but don’t actually do anything about your concerns. The last 4 buys I have made from them, the tobacco has tasted off. Terrible tasting cigarettes. I have found another shop and won’t be buying from SmokersConnect anymore. Disappointing. 👎🏽

After pruchasing from this company for over 12 months, they wont return my many emails, wont send product purchased, i am just scamned out of $380.
I dont recomens. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered through the website which was provided on watsapp by the seller, placed order for 2 cartons worth $390. This was the 4 th order placed never had issues before until the seller says not our website. Now advertising under opalfrangraces.com to order, not sure if this website is legit and no guarantees of receiving goods. Won’t trust these guys anymore. It’s all about trust.

SCAM. Terrible experience. Happy to take your money and lie about the product being sent. Won’t give tracking number or refund for goods not received. Spend your money somewhere else. These people will rip you off.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have been asking them for a tracking number for two weeks, which they refuse to give me. DODGY! And the smokes that they promised to express post still hasn’t arrived 2 weeks later. They refuse to give me tracking and they refuse to give me a refund. They refuse to even reply to my emails or offer any explanation at all. SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR FROM SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL TAKE IT AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. NOT EVEN THE RESPECT OF A REPLY. I now have my bank investigating the matter and trying to get me my money back. Still no refund after proving the Bank investigation is now underway. I’m clearly not the only one they do this to, because they’ve gone and changed their bank account AGAIN, and are telling people “they’re not taking payments right now” WTAF?

Still waiting for a refund or my order...sends specials via email (apparently they dont have an email, strange that??) new website, new contact details etc but yet cant refund monies, ignore any type of communication..going by a few customers that have done a review they have faced similar situations..
Strangely enough they treat you good at the beginning then after a few orders they keep your monies and product never to be heard from them again, avoids any attempt to reply to any type of communication which is weird as they send updates on how you can contact them.

These guys have ripped off thousands from loyal customers, so now the build up trust with new customers...NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE AS IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU EVEN AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER..

So please be careful as they tend to do this to people on a regular basis after buying goods off them a few times, after that they stop and bye bye hard earned monies ..
