Smooch Wedding Rings Avis 

Just wanted to say WOW what a very special experience, my husband to be is not a fan of shopping, so it was perfect when the rep explained at the wedding show that they bring the ring samples to your home. At our appointment the rep brought so many samples for us to view, she wasn’t pushy, she let us make up our own minds, didn’t push for a sale, and made the appointment fun, even my partner enjoyed the shopping experience. We asked for the rings to be delivered in August as our wedding date was the 5th October, the rings arrived on 10th August, we were so excited to receive them and they are absolutely stunning, we were over the moon with our purchase. I can’t THANK or RATE Smooch enough!!!

Bought my husbands wedding ring in 2015. Was great service and easy at the time and was sold on the home visit, warranty and free cleaning at any time. What you never told us is we can send it off recorded and insured (not a problem, would have done anyway) but I have to send ahead of time £35 for the postage back and insurance whilst it's in YOUR building???!!! Why am I paying for your insurance,are you incapable of looking after jewellery and we have to purchase adequate cover just in case??!! I could have gone in to a shop here, bought it and got the same for free. Your ad is totally misleading, we were never told about this and it is not in any of our paperwork. Will not use again or recommend to anyone

I emailed Smooch Wedding Ring as I purchased a ring in 2013 and was concerned that the diamonds were slightly loose. Smooch replied immediately advising what I needed to do to return my ring. When I returned my ring I received notification that the ring was in the workshop. I was then advised when the ring was going to be returned to me. The day before I received my ring back, I received a text with the tracking number. Such excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Thank you Smooch

Smooch are simply amazing.
No problem to big or to small. Wouldn't of gone anywhere else for our wedding rings. Simply perfect.

Contacted Smooch and Damian was always quick to help and get back to us with an answer.
We've now received the ring and really happy with all the work that has been carried out. Fits perfectly, so pleased.

After having our rings made 10 years ago, we needed them resizing. Smooch were wonderful, they gave us full instructions on how to post them securely and we had a confirmation when then had arrived. Less than 2 weeks later, we received our rings and they look like brand new!!

We are really pleased with the service and would really recommend Smooch to anyone buying special rings.

Smooch have been absolutely amazing, they created my wedding ring 5 years ago (and my husbands), which is fantastic, and recently they have created my eternity ring, I stipulated what I wanted and they made it absolutely perfectly. I am absolutely in love with my rings, my finger feels complete, the service I have received has been absolutely incredible, always responding to all my queries, the most polite people ever. Loved the experience, John came to our home and was very helpful and friendly. The rings arrived in 8weeks, with a short notice engraving as well. The rings are perfect, one needs re-sizing as slightly larger than expected but I’m sending it back to have it done free of charge.

We got our wedding rings this morning. We absolutely love them they arrived on time and they fit perfectly. Can't recommend smooch enough the rings are amazing. And our bridesmaid gifts are lovely too.

Stephen was a delight to deal with he met us in person to discuss ideas and hand over some very valuable items.

Lost my wedding ring yesterday, sent email with just my name and address, and within 30mins had replied to my email with my original order details, and confirmed that it would not be a problem in replacing my wedding ring.
This morning I found my ring, informed Smooch by email and within 15mins replied saying brill news that I had found my ring .
I can only thank there fantastic customer service
And would highly recommend Smooch to any family and friends.

We used smooch for our wedding rings in 2010 and the whole process was fantastic and the rings still look amazing with regards to quality.
The reason for my review now is because i have just had to contact them with regards to an alteration for my wife and i would not trust anyone else because their craftmanship and attention to detail along with customer service is second to none.

Love that this company will make you a bespoke ring to match your engagement ring! We didnt even think of this untill we saw smooch at a wedding fayre and we went straight ahead with the purchase after discussing our options with Ashley. After recieving the first images of what the ring would look like, the team worked with us to make sure that the ring was exactly as we wanted it and made all the changes we suggested! Would reccomend this company 100% they take all your opinions on board and work with you to make sure the final product is perfect for you!

Used Smooch to get our wedding rings 5 years ago, recently sent my ring back to get resized. Great communication and speed (had it back super quick) and it looks great, you wouldn't even know it had been resized. Great service, highly recommend.

Very easy process from start to finish.
Following a quick chat at a wedding Faye we booked an appointment for ash to come to our house, he was amazing with our high energy dog which is just a big bonus for us.
Ash took some time to ask us about our wedding planning and just chatted to us and made us feel so comfortable and not pressured in any way.
We narrowed it down to a few rings each and ash took us through the differences and gave us all the facts to be Able to make a decision, this really helped us as we are pretty indecisive usually.
Very competitive and reasonably priced rings and such a personal service. All in all we are extremely happy and excited to get our rings delivered.

Rings arrived when they was supposed to, did have to send them back as where wrong size but come back ok.
I just wanted to know why there is no stamp to prove which precious metal they are.
