Smoothtone 

Absolutely awful product. It is a thick white consistency with a strong smell. Absolutely no coverage at all. Gives your skin a white grey tone to it. Comes as a different brand name. Also it states no return on sale items yet they only offer items permanently on sale! Complete scam! Please don’t waste your money like I did!

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It doesn’t work-the claims are false and the photos they show are clearly not real. They promise customer satisfaction but will not answer any questions and just say no refund as it’s used. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It’s a con.

This is a scam, please do not order this as you will receive a tube of white cream that is not the advertised product. I am trying to get a refund but you cannot get any sense from customer service.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The product is not as described and under another brand name. The cream is white and goes on opaque, simply not fit for purpose. I queried this with the company and was provided with no ability to return or get a return. I will now chase with my credit card company for a chargeback.

I would give this a zero. Complete and utter rubbish product, arrived and is a gluey white substance that does not
match to the skin not cover correctly. Falsely advertised. I complained and requested a refund but they refused as was used. DO NOT USE!!!

Product received. Doesn’t work as advertised as it does zero to hide imperfections. Overpowering unpleasant smell and looks like whitish mineral sunscreen once applied. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered this product as i saw it advertised on facebook and showed excellent reviews. I then went to smoothtone website, again excellent reviews which I now know are fake. The product is useless it does not cover blemishes, scars etc, it comes out white and simply does not work. The product received is actually called EELHOE not smoothtone as advertised, so false advertising, I have sent an email via PayPal which is how I paid, I have opened a dispute about selling false goods, if I don't get a resolution I am then requesting support via PayPal....not sure what help they can provide. I feel embarrassed that I was scammed this way. Do not buy this product it is a waste of money.

Scammers, agree with all the other comments. Sell a product online based on lies, then stipulate in a refund policy that it's impossible to return the item despite the product being an absolute lie!

Avoid as you might aswell tip your money down the drain.Fake advertising and don’t know how they get away with this😡😡😡😡

Avoid this product and company at all costs ! Absolute con merchants ! They are conning you into thinking you are buying a quality camouflage make up when in fact the product they send you covers zilch and even has a different name. **BUYER BEWARE**

As with everyone else I fell for the scam and it seems I'll not get money back. For some reason because it was on Shopify I thought it couldn't be a scam....I was wrong.

Also have a dispute going with PayPal. This really does seem to be a fake product, not fit for purpose and this company have taken my money under false pretences. Of course I opened it! It's absolutely rubbish. Colour definitely does not blend in nor dies it cover anything. I also noticed on Facebook they have deleted all comments so that should tell you there's something not right with this company or its product.

Scam. As buyers mention before it is a white cream and not as advertised.
The box has the name Eelhoe on it and is made in China

It’s a scam. Don’t be fooled. I got the same product as the other reviewer on here. Some rubbish Chinese product that is not even SmoothTone. Packaging looks the same but called something different and does not do anything it claims to do. Watery pale fluid. Ordered it off Facebook advert. Never again. Says it’s made in Australia but comes from China.

Awful advertising scam using Facebook. I placed a one star review for the cream paste called EELHOE that arrived from China.
It was immediately removed from their reviews on Facebook.

Never been so disappointed with a product, does not match skin tone at all, is so pale& thick it’s like paint, would never blend in a million years! & nowhere on the tube does it say smooth tone.
Contacted the company only to receive an ema saying I can’t have a refund as I opened it , (WELL DER!!! ) despite their website offering a 30 money back policy.

UPDATE: I have since raised a dispute requesting full refund via PayPal as that was my method of payment, I sent photos of the damaged item and also of the Mis-described item showing the product cream is not only white and not brown as shown in Facebook advert and also different brand name.
The case was closed in my favour after only a few days of reviewing the information and I am being refunded in full.

Shocking! Received the item in a jiffy bag, box contains cream was squashed and therefore the tube of cream was split inside, cream everywhere! Literally like 'Sudocreme' barrier cream, smells exactly the same... Rip off! I have photos to back up how I received this item... DO NOT BUY! 🤬
