I’ve given 4 stars only because I’m only on day 3. For those who complain about this maybe they weren’t prepared fo put in the work to achieve a goal. It’s not a magic potion! Because I’m on half term break from work/school, I thought an ideal time to diet and detox as since returning to work in September my gym attendance hasn’t happened. I found this that supposedly does both - diet and detox! I like the majority of the reviews! I’m on day 3 and it wasn’t at all too hard. I didn’t feel extremely hungry. On day one I had a small tangerine and a cup of tea in the afternoon. Then my meal in the evening. Day 2 also went well. I had an apple in the afternoon to take off the edge. I could’ve gone with just a cup of tea - sugarless. I feel fine. I thought it would maybe give me the runs, but nope. I’m also not constipated! I’ve never detoxed before. If I achieve a good result after my 9 days I’d definitely do it again. I feel great. Just did a 30 minutes workout! The protein shake tastes really good and I’ve had protein shakes before as my friend sells them for a popular company. Still craving those biscuits but I can live without them for 9 days! Smile 😃

I often do the 9 day program.. I usually do it once every 6 months. Once my order is placed, it arrived pretty quick.. I always feel energetic, less bloated and never feel hungry. I would highly recommend giving it a go. It works for most, so if it doesn’t work for you then at least you can say you’ve tried it..

Really needed a kick start and did the 9 Day Plan. Lost 16Lbs in 9 days and while I wont lie and say I was never hungry, it was not as bad as I have tried before with 5-2 diets etc. The appetite suppressants did their job and I had enough energy so this looks like a great product to me. May try the 30 Day plan next as it looks like you have a higher calorie intake instead of the short sharp shock but I said to my wife who also did the same 9 day trial along with me (lost 7Lbs) I was amazed I wasn't walking about hangry the whole time. Works for us.

Did not work for me! In fact 1st week i had headaches, which I believe to be a symptom. But 2nd week come with bloating, constipation and nausea. I gain 1kg.
I'm giving up as it seems that I'm not achieving aimed goals. I purchased 30 day detox plan.

For 9 days of supplements that are basically laxatives, and a protein powder you can buy at a fraction of the cost, this 'detox' course is extremely over priced. Saying that I'm on strong painkillers that cause constipation, and I'm still 'bunged up'. With all those supplements you would also think you'd feel amazing, but did nothing for me. Each to their own, but I won't be buying again.

That said I have lost a stone in weight but now I'm stuck in my tracks and left with over half a pack of powder

Great customer service and speed but the shakes tasted really horrible and basically the plan just was to starve yourself

Loved this detox plan. I've completed the 9 day detox and lost 9.5lb.
It's easy step by step guide is easy to follow, delivery was very fast and it worked!!

I did the 9day detox and lost 7lb as I'm getting married I then decided to try the 30days so far iv lost another 3.5lbs with 2 weeks to go. The only thing I found difficult was getting the calories right but i'm getting better. Definitely would recommend ***** 5stars

9 day plan was a fantastic way to kick start a healthier me. 9lbs lost which I’m over the moon with! Feeling a lot better physically and mentally! Ive just received the 30 day plan to maintain and to help with a few more lbs being lost! So easy to follow and stick too, with only day 3/4 personally being slightly harder than the rest but the shake and supplements really are effective. Well worth the money compared to other expensive plans.
