5 Stars!! on my 3rd batch now. (12KG weight loss to date) all my friends are buying it now. start with the 9 day and then move to the 30 days until you hit your target weight. great tasting shakes that only need add water! but tastes like you added milk. (no need for milk) Banana & Strawberry remind me of Nesquick from my childhood.

Have started the 30day plan and am 5…
Have started the 30day plan and am 5 days in. Very easy to follow, easy to order and fast delivery. My only small critic would be it would be nice to have two different shake flavours in the 30 day plan as it is a long time to have the same flavour every morning.

Another 8lb's lost with the help of…
Another 8lb's lost with the help of SMUG.
That's almost a stone in weight since January.
Easy to follow, good value and give or take a few pounds, the weight stays off.

This actually works
This actually works. Did the 9 day detox and lost 6lb so decided to keep going with the 30 day plan and then just bought the shakes and have low calorie dinner. Lost over a stone now and feel much better for it!

Just try it!!
Had the 9 day detox, which worked a treat. You obviously have to follow the 9 days and be strict with yourself. If you put in the work and use the supplements it can only help you reach a goal like it did for me. 5LBS lost. I am very active though!!

Really happy with my 30 day detox

Good but a shame..
This is not the first time I’ve used the 9 day package. While the results are good it’s also not the first time I’ve had the wrong number of tablets within the packages they’ve sent. I couldn’t complete the last day as there wasn’t even Aloe Vera and then I had too much vitamin B.
It’s a shame as the products are good and arrive very quickly. But it doesn’t look great when this is the 3rd time this has happened for me.
As I stated, the products are great and they definitely work. But the issues with the number of tablets needs to be solved

We do apologise if you have had any issues with the quantities of capsules in your packages, we pack these pouches in-house with very smart machinery or pack by hand (the vitamin B complex are hand counted - 9 per pouch) so it's not often we hear of any discrepancies. Great service
Great service. Love the products. After 6 months of heavy medication - this was just what I needed to start feeling myself again. Having never had a protein shake before - think I’m hooked. Love them so much and a great meal replacement. I lost 7lbs using 9 day without being able to do the 30 mins exercise because of injury recovery. I’m half way through 30 day and I have lost 2lb but my eating hasn’t been great or the exercise but I can tell in my clothes, hair and skin. Great product. Highly recommend
