SMUG Supplements Avis

Useful product to kick start a weight loss regime . I found it easy to stick to and had good results .

Very very pleased. Immediate postage which I was so happy about as it wanted to complete it before our holidays. I love that it’s capsules and not mixing with water as some detox do. The banana shake was really nice and fine mixed with water. Best part is, I wasn’t hungry and I lost 6 lbs! Will be trying it again :)

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY PROMPT,VERY REASONABLE.I WILL CERTAINLY BE BEING FROM SMUG AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.THANK YOU.

I did the SMUG9 on a friends recommendation and was not disappointed at all.
The supplements come neatly packaged with clear instructions and an excellent shaker for the delicious protein powder!
I chose the chocolate flavour and unlike many other powders on the market this was by far the best. I have used protein powders to supplement my diet for years (weight training) and this didn’t disappoint.
I saw visible changes to my body (less bloating, tightening and dare I say firming) which, at 46 years old was a bonus. I did exercise so chose to take on a few more calories per day and lost 3.5kg.
I am returning from holidays to do the SMUG30 as it has really helped me focus on my eating and curbed those sweet treats.
I highly recommend 5*****

Loved doing the cleanse. Really easy to follow and didn’t feel hungry at all. My sleep was improved and I had loads more energy. Lost 7lbs and feel so much less bloated. Will definitely do again!

I tried a 9 day detox and had good results. I had a lot more energy and lost 5 pounds as well as cms all over.
The Vanilla protein shake has a pleasant taste and creamy, although you just need to add water.
I continued to eat healthily and exercise.
The combination achieved the kick start I needed in losing weight and exercising.
I have continued to use the protein shakes as a meal replacement once or twice a day and losing an average of 2 pounds a week.
I would recommend the detox plan if you are looking for a kick start your diet or health boost.

Easy to follow program. I didn't feel hungry at all and managed to cut out tea and coffee and drink lots of water.

I buy the 9days detox but I don’t know how to take?! I take the tabletes before eat?!

They didn't arrive at first.
But once smug found out they sent a replacement the next day. Great customer service.

Amazing products and a great plan to help reset the mind and aid weight loss. I have done this several times now. Slept like a baby 👶

Tried SMUG supplements for the first time recently- bit too soon to tell if they are any better than my previous supplier but I certainly feel they are just as good. They came very quickly and were very nicely packaged. I’m sure this is just the beginning of a long relationship.

Always great service, I have using them for a year.

Great service.
Great price.
Support this local new company that appears to be breaking the price fix in the cut and supplement market.
Very impressed

I picked the Smug9 plan to give myself a bit of a kick start to getting my weight back on track. I’ve struggled for a few years (32 now!) to be happy with the shape and weight I am. This has encouraged me, easy to follow instructions. It’s a little challenging to get used to the calorie control but it does help when you can see a difference in such a short time. 5.5lbs so far. I will continue with the shakes (very tasty and the best powder one I’ve ever had!) and some of the supplements. Thanks Smug team :)

I love smug supplements. It’s hard to find reasonably priced supplements that are also good quality, which is what you get with smug. I regularly buy the protein powder and have done the smug detox twice as it’s a fraction of the price of other options on the market and I’ve had better results with smug.

Haven't finished the 9 days yet, but so far so good. Needed to reset my diet and become more stoic towards what I was eating. Smug has certainly helped with this..

Unfortunately on the 5th day I had a bit of a bad day and ate some rubbish but managed to get on track again. So I think this hampered my results but I still managed to lose nearly 4lbs.

I am going to start the 30 day after the weekend.

Great prices and products, very fast and efficient service.

Will definitely be buying from Smug again.

I highly recommended Smug.

Quick dispatch and delivery. Great product

This is my first detox and I am very happy and impressed with this product. I have developed arthritis in my feet and have asthma which although usually controlled, has been dreadful since not being able to run and hence gaining alot of weight. Subsequently I wanted to start from scratch and get back self control. The 9 day detox program has taken me from 41.6" to 38.3" a loss of 3.3" in 9 days on my waste.
Unlike diets this detox teaches you to stop snacking and re trains your brain to what you actually need.
I will try the 30 day plan next in a week or so.
Buy this stick to it don't cheat and feel great!!!
