I have been using smug products for 2 weeks now & really do feel the difference! Started with 9 day plan & are continuing with the 30! My gut health has dramatically improved! Will certainly continue to use Smug products 😄

Fab product used for the second time. Shake is tasty and plan is simple to follow. Slightly disappointed with my recent box as some of the vitamins had the incorrect quantity and shake powder wasn't enough for the 9 days. First time lost 8lb and second time lost 6lb and feeling much better in myself.

During my consumption of the 9day smug, my sugar cravings very much reduced. I did not follow all of the 'rules' however. I did continue to snack on nuts and fruit during the period. My dinners were home made and I didn't count the calories, although the leaflet specifies a certain amount. I had a coffee every morning with my MCT oil and almond milk. I walked at least 10,000 steps every day, some days up to 23,000.

I lost 7lbs, but that was not my main aim. I wanted to feel better and rid myself of the sugar cravings! 😊

Warning, if you've had any kind of stomach or intestinal bariatric surgery, this is probably not for you. Im sure the products are all safe and high quality, but if you've got sensitivites I would be careful. had a gastric bypass for medical reasons 2 years ago. I was 8 stone 6 but wanted to lose weight for New Year (Im 5ft tall). some of the ingredients in these suppliments do not work well with those of us who've had surgery, and they turned my stomach pouch extrmely sour and caused a huge increase in acid and REALLY BAD dumping syndrome from the protein shake. I also experienced a lot of cramps. im 7st 13 now but I've had a really uncomfortable 9 days.

The transaction was smooth and shipping was quick. The products were packaged nicely and had good instructions on when to take everything. The chocolate protein is delicious and I will order that again for sure!
From the company’s side, everything was great. Unfortunately I found it very difficult to stick to as I got hungry, even with an apple as a snack each afternoon. I gave up on day 4 unfortunately as it was difficult for me to eat less than 1000 calories a day. Others may find it easier.

It just didn't work for me. Didn't lose weight at all. Disappointed and gutted. Although the Sales , manager, Sarah was very nice 👍 to give ne a discount for smug 9.X

So happy with this plan which was recommended by a friend. I started the 9 day detox and followed with the 30 day which I am half way through, I have amazing energy, exercising every day and eating healthy, no longer craving sugar or bad food, and have lost a stone. Great way to kick bad habits and get back on track which is great as I am wedding dress shopping next month. Thanks so much I would really recommend.

I love it I started 4 weeks now and i lost 5kg,also stop my cravings i eat one meal a day and takes me till the next day without think off food, while before i couldn't count my intake,this is my second one now also am more energetic.love love it.
