Great way to detox and kick start heathy eating

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I found smug9 on Amazon a year ago in July 2022. I've now done it 5 times in total and I've just got smug30.

I started at at 16 stone and got down to the lightest I've ever been at 13st4. Crazy results. After years of trying different exercise programs with no luck I've finally found my go to when I put on a few too many calories over Christmas and events.

The first few days are quite hard as your calorie intake is massively reduced. (Make sure you drink loads of water) but after the first 3 days I find it a breeze to complete.

The shakes are very filling, I allways drink a bottle of water straight after and i am full until dinner. The plan says use water with it but I use low fat milk as it makes it taste 10x better and I've had fantastic results still.

Aslong as you maintain a balanced diet and slowly increase you calories back up afterwards the weight will stay off. (Of course You'll put a little bit back on due to calorie increase, but it will level back out when your eating normally again)

First time i ordered i ordered the wrong flavour shake and in response to an email they swapped it before dispatch. 2nd order was a 30 day supply and a further email had them dispatch 2 bag but different flavours of shake , just wish this was an option on the order process.

Great product 100% works,
2nd time around for me.
1st time lost 6kg, still 2/days to go on my 2nd time but I have lost 4.5kg.
It's hard but if you stick to the plan it works 100%, you will be amazed

Easy to follow and very little hunger. I lost 3.3kg on the 9 day plan, them followed it up with the 30 day plan. 8 days to go and I've lost another 2.7kg but , most important, I've learned about portion control and have developed new habits. Very happy!

I've used their 9 day detox package a few times over the years and it has really helped me reset my eating habits. I've also lost around 7 pounds each time I've done this.

I love this detox and I’ve got another fab result from it. 9lbs in 9 days and I’m now back on my old ways of healthy eating, reduced alcohol, staying on fruit tea and water because I haven’t missed coffee and tea and reduced carbs. It’s so easy to follow. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 was because I only had enough powder at the end of the detox for one shake on each of the last 2 days. I used a level scoop for my measurements, same as I did on my last detox 2 years ago. Not sure why this happened but I’d still highly recommend the detox for anyone that wants a kick start and to break a load of bad habits that have crept in.
